Excellent service department & new car sales I recently noticed a leak on the garage floor. At the same time my Ruby developed a rattle that was getting worse each day. I took the Jeep into Service and Caleb wrote my service oil change and then referred my Jeep to Nick. Nick has done a terrific job for me in the past and did not disappoint this time. He is an excellent service writer, undoubtedly the best i have ever known. He got my Jeep back on the road in one day. The leak repaired. He then climbed into the back of my Jeep and found the rattle my wife and I have been searching for for months. He did it in seconds. He had one of his technical ;people adjust the door and solved the problem. Terrific work! We are so pleased with the service department that we bought a new Ram 2500 with Cummins power plant. Steven worked with us in sales and he is terrific as well. Finally Ryan handled our finance on the new truck and he is the best finance guy I have ever dealt with. Steven went above and beyond working with us before during and after the sale. The accessories guy Darrel was first class. What a terrific team.
