I wanted to update everyone on the continued experience with Peterson Dodge. I was ask to contact the customer service manager to discuss the details of our experience today so I did. At first it felt like with Peterson Dodge. I was ask to contact the customer service manager to discuss the details of our experience today so I did. At first it felt like Marie was going to actually help out, get to the bottom of this and make things right. It was not that at all. She too came up with excuses like the sales manager and blamed it on their marketing company changing prices mid sale and they had no control over it. When I simply asked how this wasn't a bait and switch situation and dishonest she continued to argue and disagree with me and ultimately hung up on me. Really? This is their customer service manager? One who hangs up on me because I simply wanted to understand how this wasn't a bait and switch. Pretty common sense and very sad. So much for customer service and the manager over it. Thanks Marie. Very unprofessional. More
