Worst car dealership, salesman and GM that I have ever dealt with. Kent Shurtleff was my salesperson for a custom order vehicle. I then emailed the GM, Mert Logue, twice, he never even gave me the courtesy of a reply. Through all this, I have been extremely patient and cordial..... until now.
