They always treat me with respect and go above and beyond an ordinary oil change. They volunteer to wash my vehicle and if I have the time, they have vacuumed it out as well. They walk out to greet me when I arrive, they review the miles and offer additional services that may be necessary without pressure or guilt it I decline. They may cost a little more than some other auto service companies, but I have never felt like the work they have done would require additional follow-ups or repeats. I currently live in California but I always try to take my truck there when I am up for a visit. They have definitely added to my car ownership experience. Great work team. More

Great Service! This is the second time I have had an occasion to use the service department as the problem was the same except another window needed a new motor. The person who signed me up for service ( Heather Morris, Service Consultant) was courteous and very helpful. When the problem was assessed she described the of repair needed and the price. This was done quickly and accurately. I was surprised to find that the repair was done and I had my car back before closing. I would recommend this repair department to anyone. More

Tires April 23, 2014 I purchased a 2010 Corvette Grand Sport. I was generally, very happy with the experience. It was a certified pre-owned vehicle so April 23, 2014 I purchased a 2010 Corvette Grand Sport. I was generally, very happy with the experience. It was a certified pre-owned vehicle so it had been given the full treatment of inspections and maintenance, including oil and tires. During the purchase process, I was asked if I wanted to purchase the extended warranty on the tires. Being as I was asked to pay for the manufacturer's warranty, I knew it had been purchased with the tires. I was put off to be buying a forty thousand dollar car and be asked to pay for tire warranty on top of that, so I declined. I did not receive any paperwork for the tires after the purchase and do not even know where they were purchased. This all came to light because, after travelling approximately seven hundred miles, in less than thirty days, I cut a tire. It was on the face but at an angle, separating the belts and making it an unsafe repair. After contacting the dealership multiple times, I still don't know where the tires were purchased or even what the mileage was on the car at the time of purchase. Good-year, on the other hand has been most helpful. After contacting their corporate office, they are selling me a tire at a pro-rated, wholesale price. However, since it is a specialized, high speed tire, it is taking a week to have it shipped in. I meet with a group of Corvette owners every week. In fact, when I purchased the car, I drove it off the lot and to the meet. They were the first people to see my new car. They got to see me drive my pick-up in today and listen to the reason why I wasn't driving my Corvette. More

Top Notch! I was in the market for a new vehicle and shopped my hometown for prices. As you know the same old typical salesmen stuff occurred filled unlimited emails, phone calls and obnoxious rhetoric followed up by an incredibly high price. I knew a guy that had purchased a vehicle from PETERSON Chevrolet, Cadillac, and Buick and was very complimentary about the experience. In one 5 minute phone call I received an initial quote of thousands cheaper for the same vehicle. I flew in and the RED Carpet was rolled out. These guys are awesome and they make buying a new car a very pleasant convenient experience. Appeared to be very customer service oriented and all in all very professional. I suggest giving these folks a serious look! More
