Amazing experience I took my 2015 BMW into the dealership to find out why it was hesitating upon acceleration. Air Bag Recall I scheduled an appointment to get my airbag recall fixed but also ended up purchasing All-Season tires as well. I had brought in an X5 and they could've been honest with me and said the real condition of the vehic Get a 2nd opinion from an independant mechanic. I had brought in an X5 and they could've been honest with me and said the real condition of the vehicle INSTEAD of nickle\diming this VETERAN. As soon as I took it to an independant garage they gave a FULL PICTURE of repairs and an HONEST opinion of the vehicles health and cost projection of repairs. Consequently, I'd already spent too much of my savings so decided to trade it in for a different make of vehicle. You better believe I'll be telling all the veterans I can about Peterson BMW's service department practices. More
