Terrible experience. Showed up to request an estimate to repair car damage. Told I needed an appointment. Ridiculous. Two weeks later showed up for my appointment and was asked if I had the insurance estimate. I said no, I already had the money. They refused to give me an estimate on repair costs because they wanted to know what insurance paid. They simply needed to give an estimate which I understood may change if more damage was found but refused to. Very rude. Don’t waste your time here. Left the lot and called Complete Collision in Merrimack and was told, “come right over for an estimate”. Went (no two week wait), the owner Jaime checked my car, typed a quote that day. No questions asked. Easy, friendly. One week later my car was in the shop for 4 days and it looks great! Simple, quick, excellent service after 2 wasted weeks from the Bump Clinic. More
