Best Experience - Don't go anywhere else! I think everyone hates to go to a dealership and get the "hey, how you doin'..." sales guy treatment. Not here. My husband and I (and two small daughters) came to test drive (that was the only intention) a 2016 Kia Sorento at 7pm on a Weds night. After meeting a ridiculously nice and very un-salesmanly like salesman, Jon Koresky (read: no slimy sales guy) and being further educated on the Sorento, we test drove two Sorentos. I loved the vehicle immediately. We didn't need to go any further. Now for the part everyone hates more... the price haggling. Not one complaint here. Jon was great. Found a car he had in stock - my color, my options - and my price range. The sales manager, Ryan Cloutier, came in to "make me a deal" and he did. We agreed on a fair price. I didn't feel at all taken advantage of and we all came away happy. Even the kids - who ate the dealership out of popcorn (they might have lost money on the deal because of the popcorn!). Coming back to finance the next day, we finished up with Sean McDonough. He was professional and went though the financial paperwork like we were part of his family. Brought the car back a week later for some protective services - Joe came out of his office, gave me a car to use for the day and again, another great experience. I hope I never have to buy another car from anywhere else. The Peter's family owns this dealership, which I think makes all the difference. Kudos to them and their staff. I've already told 4 people to go buy their next vehicle there. You won't be sorry. More

I was looking for a newer used SUV with low mileage since I do a great deal of driving and am a single parent / single income. I met with Charlie Finley and I had three vehicles in mind from the website with close miles and pricing so Charlie verified all three were still available. We went with the 2011 Sorento which ended up being the perfect vehicle for me. Not only was it Kia certified, but I also got a better financing deal through the dealership and with the lifetime powertrain warranty I won't have to worry about all of the unexpected car repairs like I did with my last vehicle. It was such a pleasure to go to a dealership and not feel like I was taken advantage of! Everyone was extremely professional and friendly (Charlie Finley in Sales, Ryan, Jim Green and Nick Digirolamo in Finance, and a few others whose names escape me.) I will be referring others to this dealership and just can't say thank you enough!! More

Eli answered all of our questions and offered a great price. Eli was there for me the entire way, and even surprised me with an extra gift in the car when my car got delivered. The closing still took way too long, and I kept getting offered extra products I didn't want even after I said I didn't want it. Overall my experience was great, the negotiation was easy and smooth. Professionalism at its best! My wife sent me a link to the Honda Pilot (scarce at this time in NH, ME and MA) around 11:00 am. We had been searching for several weeks between the three states for a 2011 model with no such luck. I quickly called and was connected with Jon. After explaining how we had driven from Rochester to Concord a week before to test drive a car just to find out they sold it without ever calling to let us know as I requested, Jon made it a point to make sure it didn't happen again. He went as far as keeping in touch with me for the next several hours via text to send me updated pictures of the car and even letting me know how he put a "sold" sign on the car to prevent any other salesmen from snatching up the keys before I had a chance to test it out. My wife and I made it to the dealership around 6:30 that night, took the drive and then made the decision to buy. Jon called his wife to let her know he would be home late, then started the purchase process. By 9:30 that night we were headed home excited to come back on Saturday to pick up the car. They didn't want us to take it until they had the chance to formally clean it and go through it. Never once did they make it about the sale; instead it was all about helping us into our new vehicle. 1+ hour drive, but i would do it again. Thank you Jon and Nick for providing such great service! Simple as that...car dealerships are not the bad guy, they are not out to get you, they are a company trying to earn customers like every other company out there. Went in thinking my MASSIVE negative equity on my previous car (bought at Peters too a year ago, imagine that!) would mean I was stuck with it for 5 more years. The kicker was I needed AWD since I live in the boonies. So I went to the general manager Mike and told him just that. And guess what? He worked with me. Instead of a used 2013 Sportage I was looking at he told me to get a lease so I could work off the negative equity in just 3 years. With a payment that I wanted. On a brand new Sportage EX. Bam. Thats it. No games, no nothing. Just being up front from both parties. So I would highly suggest giving Peters a chance. Not only are the management team, sales individuals (Shout out to Jon Koresky), and Finance (Nicky D.) great to work with, but the service department even took care of me the same day (I had a bad tire, they fixed it no cost knowing I was test driving new cars. Smart business tactics there). More
