She was all about finding me the right fit and not about hustling to get me into a car. One step in another "what will it take to make you buy the car today" dealership and I knew that if it took weeks I was going back to Kathy. It turns out that I just sort of fell in love with the first car Kathy showed me when I gave her a list of my needs/wants. She was knowledgeable about the car and wanted me to understand my decision. The Finance Manager scored me an interest rate lower than what the credit union approved, and while it was by just a hair it did make a difference. In the process I did walk into other dealers and this was such a contrast--it was a relaxed service driven atmosphere. More

We planned on going starting the day in Nashua stopping at dealerships as we returned North. What a great day it turned out to be. Peters was the only stop we had to make. We met Kim and had a no game, no pressure deal within an hour. We purchased our Kia for the price we were looking for to fit our budget. Kim was wonderful spending the entire time with us until our transaction ended. Ryan was also a gentleman taking time to speak with us after the transaction had been completed. Jon in finance made the purchase quick and easy. Keep up the great deals we will be back. More

He carefully listened to what we were looking for and gave us precise information. He led us to all the possible vehicles that could be a potential match. He stayed with us right till the end and made sure we got what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Ron to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at your dealership. As far the credit manager was concerned, he pulled a fast one on us. He said he would offer us the rate that we were looking for (for 60 months) and then at the last moment said that the payment would go for 66 months and that was not a big deal! He was so smooth that I didn't realize that I was paying more than I what I really wanted to. When I talked to Ron about this, he informed me that the person is no longer there and that I could come back and revisit our finance agreement. I thought that was mighty nice of them. More
