I came out Dear Honda Corporate, I purchased a new vehicle today. I went in thinking my mind was set and ready to make a deal for a Kia Sorento. I came out with a great deal and a better vehicle. I was treated with class and respect. What a great team of people you have selling those vehicles. You see I have been a loyal Ford customer since 1990. I have leased and purchased Explorers. I did not think I could ever be happy with anything on the market. They have always been able to but me in a vehicle. I took a chance on looking into owning something different. Wow! what a blessing. I left with a great deal, simles and a whole lot of thank you's. I am and will continue to tell as many family and friends about my buy and total experience. Now I can sleep and this experience has renewed my trust in business and sales people. I know that every experience will never be the same. I pray that other people like me have the experience I have had. Thank you, Jill Robinson More
The customer service was great, Paul was an attentive listener, he helped answer questions AND he helped to explain things I really didn't understand. He was patient and accomodating. He was respectful listener, he helped answer questions AND he helped to explain things I really didn't understand. He was patient and accomodating. He was respectful and cordial to my father and I. We were also offered a car to borrow to grab lunch (my dads a diabetic) while my new car was being all cleaned out. I have never had a better experience at a dealership. I will be sure to refer all my friends to go to Peters. More
Okay . . . I'll say it . . . I'm a typical female . . . I know nothing about cars! I just want to get behind the wheel and get where I'm going. The thought of going to a car dealership to shop for a new car know nothing about cars! I just want to get behind the wheel and get where I'm going. The thought of going to a car dealership to shop for a new car sends me into a whirl wind of anxiety and panic attacks. In fact, I drove my last car for fifteen years just to avoid the entire experience. Until one day my mechanic told me "it's time" . . . even then it took me 6 months to drive onto a car lot. Don took me under his wing; he answered all of my silly worrisome questions and never made me feel silly for asking them. I was treated with the utmost of respect and ended up with the car of dreams! Thank you Don and Peter’s Honda of Nashua! More
I bought a Honda Civic from Ronald Stella in October 2011. He is a good sales person. Gave ok service. But the then manager, David Rosendahl screwed up my paper work. He sent my title paperwork to a dif 2011. He is a good sales person. Gave ok service. But the then manager, David Rosendahl screwed up my paper work. He sent my title paperwork to a different state than what was told to him. And after doing that he disappeared from the company. John Marino took up my case. He had not collected enough information from the earlier manager, nor did he try to get the information from me. Rather he assumed IMPORTANT things like I have a drivers license from another state. He never ever calls back. He picks up my calls once in a while. Made me sit at the dealership for 6 hours(please keep in mind I have a job to report at). It was such a big mess that my temporary registration expired. For 10 days my car was out of registration, I could not drive it because my dealer(Peters of Nashua) nor the American Honda Finance Company would give me "my own" paperwork that is required for registration. So I end up paying installment for my car which I cannot drive as it is not registered. And, I have trouble commuting to office daily.I have incurred out of pocket expenses, have been running to two different states DMV, have been on phone for days with DMVs, American Honda Finance following up. In short, I had a horrible experience as David and John messed up my registration. More
My only complaint is that the sales manager, Carlos, made it seem like he had pulled my credit and approved me at the time I put a deposit down. I was under the impression that the monthly payment I was giv it seem like he had pulled my credit and approved me at the time I put a deposit down. I was under the impression that the monthly payment I was given at that time would be my actual payment. However, when I went to pick up the car that's when they ACTUALLY ran my credit and I ended up paying $24.00 a month more then was quoted to me. I think that is an unacceptable practice. When someone gives a deposit their credit should be pulled then so they can be given an ACCURATE monthly payment amount. Also, the wait time to see a finance person was way too long! I was in the dealership for 2 hours picking up my car, when I should have been in and out within an hour tops. My salesman, Anthony Sepe, was outstanding! He made sure anything that needed to adjusted in my car was done before I left. He even took my work parking sticker off my old car and put it on my new car. More
We purchased a 2010 Honda CR-V EX from Anthony Sepe at Peters Honda, and it was the most pleasant experience I've had with any dealership to date. We walked in and were able to get a test drive immediatel Peters Honda, and it was the most pleasant experience I've had with any dealership to date. We walked in and were able to get a test drive immediately in one of the vehicles they had in stock (we had visited other dealerships in the area for comparison to other makes of SUV earlier in the day and the day prior, and the selection at Peters was by far the best). Negotiation was fairly low pressure and there was a minimum of back and forth during the negotiation (none of the typical "let me check with my manager... oh, we can't possibly do that price" back and forth that I've endured hours of at other dealerships before, and none of the "forgetting" about promised discounts or other funny business), and I felt that we got a fair deal on the CR-V. We were able to pick up the vehicle the same day, and the finance department, David Rosenberg, was reasonably quick to deal with; like everybody they want to sell you extended warranties, maintenance contracts, etc., but even there, they aren't overly pushy. One area I was impressed with David was his suggestion that if I had an existing extended warranty on the car I traded that I could get a refund from my original dealer and that he would provide the paperwork I would need to accomplish it. Well I did as suggested and it was a very painless effort, I should receive a refund for the unused portion of the exteneded warranty in about three weeks. Overall, I was highly satisfied with this dealership and will recommend them to any of my family and friends looking for a Honda in the future. A special mention to Tony our salesman, he was very friendly and offered complete details of the the car we purchased. He got us a fair value for the trade we used to purchase the CR-V. Other dealers offered us more than 20% less than Peters did. I was impressed that they went for the "FAIR" price than trying to low-ball us. This really made for a "GREAT EXPERIENCE". I really feel good about this dealership and sisnce my business is within a couple of miles of the dealer it will be convinient as well. Great job Tony! More

We have been buying our Hondas from Peter's for years. The professionalism is unmatched by any dealer we've ever dealt with in the past. The sales people/managers are friendly, knowledgable and honest. The professionalism is unmatched by any dealer we've ever dealt with in the past. The sales people/managers are friendly, knowledgable and honest. The deals are always ultra-competitive and the trade-in allowances are fair. We don't even bother shopping any other dealers anymore. Every few years, when one of us gets the urge for a new Honda, we just go to Peter's and find the one we want and buy it. If you think buying a car can't be a pleasant experience, you haven't bought from Peter's! More

Our experience dealing with Peter's Honda, and Luke LaStrange in particular, has changed our mind that not all salesmen and dealerships are created equal. We were very impressed by Luke’s friendly manner and his overall knowledge of the product. He helped to make the entire experience painless. He answered all our questions honestly, and he listened to our needs and concerns, then reassured us that we were making the right choice in the vehicle we chose. We mentioned to Luke that we would not buy a new car unless we felt it was the best deal for us. We were pleasantly surprised when he provided just that. Luke walked us through all the features of the Honda Accord that we selected. We knew very little about navigation systems, XM radio, and BlueTooth features. He patiently explained how to operate all the components of the car, staying way past the end of his shift to make sure we understood everything. Luke is an asset to the industry. You should be proud to have him as a representative of your Honda Dealership. More
Wow. What else can I say. This was the best experience by far. I was working with Chris Cannata on the car. Basically the entire deal was done via email and Chris was straightforward from the first email. I asked about the car I was interested in and Chris replied promptly and said they were very interested in making a good deal. He gave me specifics and since I was also getting other quotes I was surprised how some of the other dealers just wouldn't come down as close as Chris and they didn't put any great detail into it other than to say come on in. So I gave him an offer that was lower than what I thought they'd agree to (partly because I didn't want to waste my time going up there while I was still waiting for other offers)and he accepted. I thought to myself, wait a minute, that's not supposed to happen. They're supposed to hem and haw and say we really can't do that, etc. etc. The price was extremely good and Chris was true to his word. I was thinking this has to be some kind of bait and switch or something but even before I could think about it I called Chris to say I would be coming up to see the car. I figured he would then say, Oh I'm sorry there was a clerical error and that's not really the price. But the first thing he said was that this was not a scam and that the price really is what we agreed. I went that day and met Chris. We looked at the car. The price was real. I bought the car. No hassles, no pressure. "It is what it is." Why can't all car salesmen/dealers be this way. More
