We arrived there hoping to trade our 2007 Kia Optima for a 2011 Kia Optima Turbo. We were looking around, when we ran into Cindy. She asked if she could help. She spent almost 2 hours to find something we could afford. She found a Used Brown 2011 Kia Optima. We loved that one even more. It is the most beautiful color brown. Cindy was a pleasure. And we will probably be back in 3 to 4 years for another car. More

It was closing time and I intended only to grab a business card and shake a hand but I was taken in by Carlos, the manager, who found me a great sales rep to work with: Bob. Bob was great to me! He spoke to me as a human being and not just a sale. Bob and his team worked quickly to find a deal that was lower than my desired monthly payment, and gave me the most I had seen all day for a trade! We closed the deal the next day and I could not be happier to be driving around in my new Civic! I am so glad I stopped at Peter's to purchase my Civic LX Coupe! He gave me the facts I needed and when I was still wishing I could do my own research he called Honda to make an exception for me to allow the offer to stand one more day. That gave me the time I needed to do my own research. Once satsified I went in the next day and he kindly answered my remaining questions to my satisfaction. We came to a deal, and after meeting with the business manager, I drove my car home! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to ask questions and get a great deal. More
