Although after reviewing all the paperwork once we go home we found errors and tried to make contact with her. She wasn't available to make contact with and we are still trying to get things staightened away. The "start payment date" we agreed upon was not correct and some of the figures don't add up. I agree we signed all the paperwork and assumed everything was as we agreed upon however there was many forms to sign and after spending hours there my wife and I didn't read everything as we should have and thought that the forms were filled out correctly. We are now trying to straighten this all out. Actually, as I type this review at 8:40 P.M. Heather is now calling. Hopefully this will all work out as we planned. If so, all will be well. I might add, we bought this new Honda Civic brand new with only 3 miles on it. There is now thirty five miles on it and a fault indicator showed up on the dashboard console this afternoon. This is our first Honda and I'm hoping this is an isolated problem and we won't see it again. Otherwise, the car will be in the service department within a week of buying it. More

I told her I was here for the 2010 Ford Fusion, because I talked to Kim in the internet dept., and she told me it was still there. She brought it up to show me and I took it for a ride, and liked it, but the mileage was high. I suggested, if I buy the carthey should give me some kind of warranty with the high mileage. They did and I bought the car. I would definately go back to see Kim again, when I'm looking for another car. I also went to the finance dept. and talked to Pam Crocker, who was also excellent to deal with. I tell you, give me a woman any day to deal with. I do believe men think women are stupid when looking for a car and they put u=you down, or pressure you into buying. After 10+ years of working with another salesman I was very hestitant about going to anyone else.(Although my salesman had retired from the business). Not only was Chris professional he really understood my financial position as well as my hopes of getting into another Honda with the same "perks" I presently had. Once we had worked out a deal the color I wanted was not available for some time, and I did not want another color. I was able to honestly tell him that another color was not an option and I felt that my loyalty to Honda should be rewarded. He made a deal for exactly what I wanted, with the support of his supervisor. The night I went to complete the paper work I was very impressed with Heather. She was professional, friendly, and had great energy! Honda is so lucky to have both of these people working for them. They both love what they do, truly want people to have what they want at an affordable price, and are down to earth people. We came into Peter's just to ask a few questions on our lease (Honda Accord) that was about to end in May. We decided with the economy being as it is, we would go down to only one vehicle. We had a Ford 15 lease (Honda Accord) that was about to end in May. We decided with the economy being as it is, we would go down to only one vehicle. We had a Ford 150 that we were buying outright. Letting go of the lease would have brought payments down $340 a month. When we spoke to Chris Cannata we found out we could be driving a brand new SUV (Honda CRV) for only $10 more a month than what we are paying for the Ford. We were surprised and excited about this because a family member has a CRV and loves it but we didn't think we would be able to manage it. We are very happy, satisfied customers tonight. When we went to see Heather Turmenne for the paperwork, we were there for quite a while but the deals and offers we received were well worth every minute we were there. Between Chris and Heather we left there with absolute certainty that we made the right decision. They were both outstanding.
