This the second car we bought from this dealership in the last five years and we are expecting to buy two more in the next two years or so. We got the best service from this dealership with this last purcha last five years and we are expecting to buy two more in the next two years or so. We got the best service from this dealership with this last purchase. When I closed the deal with Analee on the phone and came, I was not expecting to just sit down and sign the papers when we got there. Everything went smoothly as possible considering we went there late evening. The sales rep that attended to us was amazing. On this business he is too good to be true but he is. Steve Eosue is very polite and accommodating. Honest and very professional. He sat down with us and help us thru the entire process. He answered all our questions and referred us to the expert on the ones the he is not sure. He move quickly knowing we do not have a whole lot of time to spend in the dealership. "No playing games". I had my 4-month old daughter with us and he facilitated a private place where I could nurse my baby. I am beyond impress with our sales rep. This time, otehr than having great cars, Honda Peters have one of the best sales that I have known- Steve Eosue. More
I Bought a BRAND new Honda CRV in 2009 from this dealer. I went to trade it this month and was told that the Carfax report showed it had been in an accident with a tree. I then saw that the report showed th I went to trade it this month and was told that the Carfax report showed it had been in an accident with a tree. I then saw that the report showed that the car was in an accident one month before I bought the car and this was never told to me. I paid full price for a new car and got a car that had been in an accident. I then tried to trade this car with this dealer and worked out an agreement with them. I was suppose to pick up my new car today and they never called so I called them and they said they would call back in 10 minutes. Three hours later I called and was told that they cannot find me the car they sold to me and did not know when they would find one. They never communicated with me at all. More
Today, I purchased a new 2012 Honda CRV EX from Peters Honda in Nashua. A little background. I live in Southern Worcester Country of Massachusetts. In Mass, the law requires that in order to get plates Honda in Nashua. A little background. I live in Southern Worcester Country of Massachusetts. In Mass, the law requires that in order to get plates, buyers must have insurance. Proof of insurance in the form of a stamp on the appropriate documents is required. Now, why Peters. I did my homework. Consumer Reports, auto magazines, lots and lots of reading. After test drives and research, I decided upon the CRV. I purchased a buyer's guide and buyer's service from Consumer Reports. The report told me the MSRP, Market Average, Dealer Invoice and with the hold back, a Bottom Line Price. I then hit the "locate dealers" button. The purchasing service put me in touch with three dealers in my area. I also contacted the dealer who I test drove the car with, along with one additional dealer as recommended by Auto By Tel. I received 4 quotes within 24 hours (the dealer in Westboro, who I did my test drive with, never got back to me). The lowest price dealer was located in Johnston, RI, but when I started reviewing the dealer's reputation, I quickly saw that they had all kinds of reputation issues (lost down-payments, law suits, etc). I used multiple sources including dealerrater, bulletin boards, and other sites. And the hoops I had to go through from this dealer to get that first quote, I'm shaking my head as I think back. Plus, as soon as I got my quote, I immediately got the hard sell with phone calls and pestering email offers (huge turn off). Day, night, weekends!! I also tried working with the other two dealers. The closest dealer to my home is in Auburn, Mass. They had a "no haggle price" which was about 5% more than the price Peters offered. They offered a 7 yr/100K mile warranty as well. But was this worth the extra money? I'm not big on warranties which aren't from the manufacturer because too often the deal is only with the dealer you purchase from. And since they don't haggle on price, I realized they couldn't compete. Oh sure, I'd get all kinds of haggling about the value of their warranty. But really, was it worth the price difference? The last dealer was from Chicopee, Mass. Again, a very similar price, to the Auburn dealer, along with a 100K mile warranty. I could see the writing on the wall with both dealers. Haggling over the value of the warranty versus the low price from Peters. In the end, Danielle and Peters won me over. They had the second lowest price. I started email correspondence with Danielle. What a difference. Pleasant (as much as is possible in an email) direct, to the point, clear and simple, and a fantastic price! I made sure that my OTD price was complete (which it was). I contacted my Credit Union to arrange financing and made an appointment yesterday afternoon to go up this morning to get the car. So, I traveled the 65 miles to Nashua and went into the showroom, not knowing what to expect (bait and switch, hard sell, haggle haggle?). Steve Eosue was waiting for me just as Danielle had arranged. He had the car ready, parked in front of the dealership, along with my paperwork, and he offered to help with financing. Turns out, they beat my credit union's offer by 3/4s of a percent!! Heather Neptune in Financing couldn't have been more helpful. Since my wife was unable to take time off, I had to bring paperwork back to her for signature, but it was so simple! All of the docs had stickers which pointed out where my wife had to sign. Then, an insurance stamp, and off to the RMV. That was a little difficult (as the RMV often can be), but it wasn't hard. With all of the prep work and a simple check list completed by Peters, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I took my paperwork to my wife for signatures, the paperwork for the RMV, and within a couple of hours, I was back in Nashua, sitting at Heather's desk completing the last of the paperwork for the financing. She made a ONE simple offer of several warranties (which I chose not to take) and there was no haggling!!!! I mean, how many times do you go into the financing office and find out, this is really where the sale goes down. But my experience was NOTHING like this!! I'm telling you, what a great experience!! I'm scratching my head asking, was it really that easy? It really was!! And that is exactly what Steve and Danielle indicated it would be like. They showed me it really is possible to buy a car and have a GREAT experience to boot! So, I have business cards for my co-workers and friends. As long as its a car which Peters sells, they have a new customer who will drive great distances, for a great experience and a fantastic price! Thank you so much Danielle, Steve and Heather for a job well done! Truly! More
I would like to thank Peters of Nashua for their courteous, and professional assistance to us in purchasing a new Honda CRV. After contacting 6 dealers in the area, it was obvious that Peters was t courteous, and professional assistance to us in purchasing a new Honda CRV. After contacting 6 dealers in the area, it was obvious that Peters was the dealer we wanted to purchase our new vehicle. They had the best price, and in some cases by a considerable amount. In one case, the dealer was not only $600 higher, but added 15 cents to the price. It was obvious that some dealers significantly inflated the price so that they could eventually show a reduction and still they were higher than Peters. I consider many of these dealers to have a flawed sales strategy by not dealing in good faith with us. For example, one dealer said they had a "great deal" for us, but would not tell us what it was in the e-mail. Examples similar to this one are many. It was interesting to see how uncomforable many of these other dealers were in communicating over the Internet. It was obvious to us that we would purchase a second vehicle from Peters. We didn't want to because of the distance from our home. The quality of the service with our first Peters' vehicle and these new experiences made Peters our only choice. It is obvious to us that Peters has a corporate culture that stresses customer service and fair pricing. We had the pleasure of working with the people listed in this review. For example, Marvin Martin, the sales representative provided us with excellent service. He had a complete and thorough knowledge of the product he was selling us. He gave an indepth and comprehensive review of all the vehicle features. He was straight forward and respectful in settling on a price for the vehicle. What was very interesting and something I had not experienced in over 40 years of purchasing vehicles was his follow-up days after the sale. The options had to be installed on the vehicle. Marvin scheduled the work in the Service Department. He made it his business to be there that day, to make sure I was being taken care of and to ask if I needed any further assistance. It should also be noted that Sevice representative, Vic Caisse provided excellent support in the installation of the options. We look forward to servicing our vehicle with Vic. Finally, let me mention Geoff McIntosh who completed the sale of the vehicle to us and concluded a pleasureable experience we once again had in purchasing a vehicle from Peters. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I bought my Honda Accord from Peters and it was about as flawless and hassle-free as I could have hoped for. I negotiated the price via email with their Internet salesperson (forget his name), agreed to the flawless and hassle-free as I could have hoped for. I negotiated the price via email with their Internet salesperson (forget his name), agreed to the trade-price, and went and picked it up. Just recently, I noticed some rust and bubbling paint on one of the doors...the same door that was repaired by their Bump Clinic after my wife was in a small accident. The warranty on the parts and labor was up, but Dave Dupont stepped-up and took care of it anyway. They even patiently waited for me to get back to them and schedule the work, as I ended up being out of town for several weeks after initially contacting them about it. All around great service from the beginning. Highly recommended... More
Went to multiple dealers looking for a Honda Fit Sport. Peters went above and beyond, not only offering a great price but getting the vehicle in the color I wanted much sooner than expected. On top of tha Peters went above and beyond, not only offering a great price but getting the vehicle in the color I wanted much sooner than expected. On top of that, Steve Eosue, the salesman I worked with, came in on his day off to make sure everything went well when I picked up the car, and the finance team was able to get me a great rate. Highly recommended. More
We must say that we felt extremely disappointed with this dealership! Because we would need to drive two-and-half hours to get to this company, I have inquired many times to make sure that they will give us dealership! Because we would need to drive two-and-half hours to get to this company, I have inquired many times to make sure that they will give us a better deal than the previous dealership so our long drive might pay it off. They had repeatedly assured me that their sales manager promised they can beat the price. However, when we got there, we were offered only $5 lower than what the previous dealership offered. Now my question is this. I gave this company my previous quote, since the company knew they could not beat the price, why did the sales manager even bother to tell us to drive two-and-half hours only to find out the price is only $5 lower?! We feel being treated very badly. Don't go to this dealership!! More
This was the easiest buying experience I have ever had! From the start Kim worked with me to figure out what options I wanted for my new Ridgeline Sport. She is extremely knowledgable about the cars/truck From the start Kim worked with me to figure out what options I wanted for my new Ridgeline Sport. She is extremely knowledgable about the cars/trucks. She fought for me to get the best price possible and saved me over $1000 from any deal I could find elsewhere. Her follow up has been excellent. The finance manager Jeff was great as well. I would refer any family or friend to Peter's Honda, it is simply the best car buying experience. Thanks Kim! More

I just bought a new Honda Civic through Peters of Nashua and had the best car buying experience of my life!!! I am always very nervous going to any care dealership knowing that I will be on the defensive b and had the best car buying experience of my life!!! I am always very nervous going to any care dealership knowing that I will be on the defensive because I have haggle on every last detail. This simply does not happen at at Peters of Nashua. We went in there with a figure in mind of what we could pay for a car and got a brand new car for exactly what we asked for. The salesman asked us our bottom line number up front, simply stated "We can do that" and then did no questions asked. We were offered additional service plans and were never pressured when we did not opt to purchase any. That never happens!! I can only say that Peters of Nashua has customers for life because this dealer has done the impossible...made buying a car a very enjoyable experience!! More
