I attempted to call the service department to get a quote for some service work. I tried to reach someone for 15 minutes, but I got stuck in there continuous circle of automated receptionists. Can they not for some service work. I tried to reach someone for 15 minutes, but I got stuck in there continuous circle of automated receptionists. Can they not afford a minimum wage employee to answer the phone and direct calls??? The service department lost business today. I have never dealt with a dealership that didnt want to answer the phone for a customer in need. If I were the owner I would find this completely unacceptable and not pay its employees as they certainly didnt earn there pay check over this 15 minute period. I thought the point of being in business was to tend to customer needs and MAKE MONEY... I can tell you Peters Honda wont see a dime from me!!! More
I just bought a used vehicle (Honda Civic) from Peters Honda, with sales rep Kim R. The experience was great. We were able to go on several test drives with no pressure, and all of our questions were answ Honda, with sales rep Kim R. The experience was great. We were able to go on several test drives with no pressure, and all of our questions were answered. Kim was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating towards all of my questions and needs as I was purchasing the vehicle out of state. The whole sales process was very low pressure, and Kim made it easy and enjoyable. She went above and beyond, coordinating details of the sale with me over the course of several days. When purchasing a used vehicle at Peters Honda, you will be given the same care and attention as someone purchasing a new vehicle, and you will be able to find all of the information you need on the history of your used vehicle. I highly recommend purchasing from this dealership! More
Had such a good experience with both Ron and Heather. We very much appreciated Ron's no-nonsense style and Heather's fantastic sense of humor. I knew the exact car I wanted and the exact price I wanted to very much appreciated Ron's no-nonsense style and Heather's fantastic sense of humor. I knew the exact car I wanted and the exact price I wanted to pay and they were quite accommodating (although I wish we had gotten a bit of a better offer on my trade-in :) ) The process with Ron went very quickly and he didn't waste our time at all. The financial process with Heather didn't go nearly as quickly, but that was probably due to the fact that she has us laughing the entire time. Oh, by the way, she got us a fantastic rate and had a great sales pitch for the extended warranty. We also recently purchased another vehicle and, while that experience wasn't bad, we certainly preferred the experience we had with Peters. Very highly recommended! More
Our car buying experience at Peter's Honda of Nashua was the best we've ever had. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Peter's Honda of Nashua, and the staff there. Rob Marr was our salesperson was the best we've ever had. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Peter's Honda of Nashua, and the staff there. Rob Marr was our salesperson. Rob is extremely knowledgeable, smart, bright, kind hearted, warm and honest. He patiently spent hours and hours with us. Rob went the extra mile for us every step of the way. It is apparent that Rob loves both his job and people and it surely shows! He has a personality that shines. Carlos the sales manager was very helpful and very easy to deal with. He kept things uncomplicated and never used pressure. Both these men are true gentlemen! Heather in finance was just a pleasure! The personnel at Peter's are like a family and they certainly made us feel like we were part of the same. This is what car being should be like! It definitely was a positive experience. We would high recommend Peter's Honda of Nashua to family and friends. On top of the superb treatment we received, they gave us a deal that could not be beat. More
Two weeks ago I made an online inquiry with Kara regarding a 2012 Honda Crosstour. She emailed me back at quote of $26,399. I thought that was very low so I questioned it 3 TIMES. Each time she r regarding a 2012 Honda Crosstour. She emailed me back at quote of $26,399. I thought that was very low so I questioned it 3 TIMES. Each time she replied that it was the correct price. I explained to her that my husband and I were interested but we were driving an hour to get there so I wanted to be specific on the price/car/model/accessories to the point that I added the model # in the email. Well we get there about 20 minutes before the snow really started coming down. We take the car for a drive with Marvin. We get back to the dealership and I pull out the chain of emails between Kara and I. He brings the email to some gentlemen (sitting on the 'stage' my husband called it). He comes back to tell me that it was a "typo". I said a typo even though I asked her 3 TIMES. At no point did a manager come over to talk to us. The gentlemen sent poor Marvin over to be the bearer of the bad news. Poor guy. We got up and walked out, but before we left he told us that we would be receiving a check for $150 for our troubles. You're kidding me right? You're going to send me a check but management isn't going to come over and discuss this "TYPO" with me in person? Where's the customer service? Where's the car dealership "code of ethics" you're supposed to follow? I would have appreciated a conversation or apology from a manager. An acutal face to face would have been nice. So we drove an hour for nothing. NOTHING. I can foward the chain of emails to you if you'd like. Not impressed whatsoever with the customer service. We drove an hour to this dealership only for them to tell us the price quote was a typo?? Even though I asked the internet sales girl three times if the price was correct. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The customer service was terrible. I bought my 2012 Honda Crosstour EXL somewhere else. More
In December during the week before Christmas, I bought my third car from Peters Auto - a 2012 Honda Civic Si Sedan. It replaced a 1999 Honda Prelude Type SH that I also purchased from Peters. I met Jim Ca third car from Peters Auto - a 2012 Honda Civic Si Sedan. It replaced a 1999 Honda Prelude Type SH that I also purchased from Peters. I met Jim Camacho when I arrived for my appointment to test drive a similar car - a 2012 Civic Si Coupe. When I decided a few days later to buy and commit to a Civic Si Sedan, I asked Jim about the possibility to take delivery on the approaching weekend. He coordinated everything behind the scenes, including finding and obtaining the Si Civic Sedan that I wanted - all in the time frame that I asked. When Saturday afternoon arrived, I signed the paperwork and took delivery of the car. The entire process was super-smooth, and I was happy with the price we agreed upon. Jim took the time to answer all my questions and to go through all the features of the car. This included the electronics: navigation system, automatic door locks, display system, etc. All in all, it was a really enjoyable process. With Jim's help, I was able to get into my new Civic Si Sedan just in time for Christmas. Again, the Civic Si Sedan is my third car from Peters Auto. The 1999 Prelude that it replaced was also purchased from Peters, and I drove over 222,000 miles on that Prelude. So I'm looking forward to continuing the great experience with Peters and Honda. More

They were very accomodating and Kim was very helpful. Steve the business manager was easy to work with. I initially interacting with these folks over email, where they were helpful on providing me base information on the vehicle as well as willing to compete on price. They were courteous, not pushy, and where they were helpful on providing me base information on the vehicle as well as willing to compete on price. They were courteous, not pushy, and overall it was pleasant. In person, they were similarly consistent in experience and was able to fairly quickly walk in, get the car, work out the paperwork, and leave without any drama. More
