I can’t say enough positive things about this place, which I would think is fairly unusual for a car dealership. I recently purchased a new Honda Ridgeline there (my second vehicle in a row purchased there) and, as I expected, the experience was great. Based on the experience I had with my prior car purchase there, I had also chosen to have all my normal car maintenance done at Peter’s of Nashua and I was amazed at how pleasant an experience it was each and every time. In my opinion, the people that work here are all amazing. They treat you like a person and not just a commission, which also seems fairly unusual for a car dealership. As a result of all of these positive experiences, I had pretty much decided, before going anywhere else, that I would be purchasing my Ridgeline at Peter’s of Nashua. I do, however, believe that it’s important to make an educated decision for such a significant purchase so I did shop around before finalizing my Ridgeline purchase at Peter’s. What I found is exactly what I expected. At every other dealership I went to it felt like the sales staff were vultures and I was their prey. They deal with you at such a fast and intense pace and they come at you with such high pressure to buy a vehicle there that it gets very uncomfortable. After completing my competitive research, I went to Peter’s with the intention of making the purchase there. On this particular occasion, I worked with Cindy Tallini and my experience working with her was exactly what I was hoping for, amazing. She was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, personable and, although I am sure her goal was to sell me a vehicle, I never felt like I was being pressured into anything while I was working with her. In the end, the deal I got at Peter’s on the Ridgeline and my trade in was just as good as the best deal I found elsewhere but my experience was much better there. I realize that Peter’s of Nashua, like any car dealership, wants to sell you a vehicle but the approach they take is a night and day difference (for the better) against most other car dealerships. To be honest, I do not normally take the time to provide feedback on goods or services but, in this case, I really wanted to share my impression of this place so others can hopefully benefit from it. As I mentioned earlier, my experience with every member of the staff has been great but, if you have the option, I would suggest making an effort to work with Cindy. In my opinion, she is one of Peter’s of Nashua’s greatest assets and I know you won’t be disappointed if you work with her. More
My sister and I were helping my mother purchase a new vehicle. The salesperson, Daniel Carlo, was able to answer any questions that we had regarding the 2014 Honda CRV LX AWD and made the car buying exp vehicle. The salesperson, Daniel Carlo, was able to answer any questions that we had regarding the 2014 Honda CRV LX AWD and made the car buying experience as painless and stress free as possible. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. We also worked directly with the sales manager, Carlos Fonseca, and we were very happy with the flexibility and patience he showed. The dealership has certainly made a positive impression not only with my mother but also with my family as we helped her through the car buying process. We will be happy to refer friends and family to Peters of Nashua in the future. More
I bought my 2012 Honda Accord in late January of 2012 from your salesman Chris Kinata. Before receiving the vehicle, there was a small dent in the driver's side door. I pointed it out to Chris and he said not to worry that there would be a paintless dent removal person who comes on Thursdays who would fix it. Upon finalizing my paperwork in the finance office, I was given a due bill for the repair. I brought the car in for my first service on the day that the dent guy was supposed to show and apparently he didn’t. The service department did not return my due bill. I found Chris Kinata who brought me to I believe Joe Marino who gave me his signature on a piece of paper saying that the dent was to be fixed at a later date. About six months later, I brought the car and the paperwork from Joe to try to get it fixed at the bump clinic. Peter Josef took the paperwork and told me he would call me back when they could get me in. Several months went buy and I didn't hear from Peter, so I went back into the bump clinic. Peter had a tough time recalling our conversation. However, he called and left a message on Chris Kinata's voicemail and said he would call me in the next week to set up a time to get it fixed. This was last month and I still hadn't heard from Peter Josef. I find it unbelievable that nobody at Peters took ownership of this issue, and considering that it has been ongoing for over 15 months, I feel that I have been more than patient. More
We leased a new 2014 Honda CRV on 8/30/13. The whole experience at Peters of Nashua was the best we have ever had. In the past we have been pressured by many sales personnel but this did not happen at experience at Peters of Nashua was the best we have ever had. I recently bought a 2013 Crosstour from Peter's Honda in Nashua NH. I worked closely with Anthony Sepe who was very helpful and knowledgable about cars. Anthony as well as the other staff were exceptional at their jobs because they are not overbearing, pushy and do not pressure you into decisions but instead listen to what you really want in your car. I drove away in my new car very satisfied with my overall experience and I would recommend this dealership to others. More

Attempted purchase here. They insisted on deposit before deal completed due to 'limited" stock on lot, my fault for trusting their integrity. COuld not come to agreement on price, have been calling them for deal completed due to 'limited" stock on lot, my fault for trusting their integrity. COuld not come to agreement on price, have been calling them for 10 days now to get my deposit back, have been lied to, deceived, and now ignored. Was told over a week ago deposit had been credited to my credit card, so far, nothing and no responses from anyone there. Complaint filed with Honda corporate. Go elsewhere! Autofair and Grappone MUCH nicer and trustworthy groups. More
