Annalie helped me out in every way possible so I can get the car and the deal I want. She has been truly amazing, friendly, and helpful. And as for Peters, I can wholeheartedly say that everyone at the dealer is very friendly from the manager to the financial manager that helped me. They truly made my car shopping experience great and I strongly recommend Peters to anyone that is interested in buying a car. I wish I could give Peters a 10 stars. I have had my car for a week now and Lynn continues to stay in touch making sure everything is OK. Nashua was about an hour away but well worth the trip. The only reason I gave the overall experience a good rather than a great is because of the length of time we had to wait to talk with someone in the finance dept. (which Cindy tried to move along) and then once we did talk to finance we had to listen to a lengthy sales pitch about additional service plans and their fees. However I think that's a necessary part of the process. If you decide to go to Peters of Nashua ask for Cindy Tallini and you will be very pleased with her kindness, help and attention to detail! We went to Peters Honda of Nashua after visiting several other dealerships in the area. The dealership was very open, clean and friendly. Our salesperson Cindy Tallini was very knowledgeable. Cindy had us test drive a 2014 Honda Pilot she knew the features of the vehicle and was able to answer all of our questions. (Something the other dealership could not do). After the test drive there was no pressure to buy. They gave us a figure for our trade-in and a bottom line figure for the new vehicle. The financing was also effortless. Jeff did not try to persuade us to buy additional features that we did not need or ask for. Cindy stayed with us throughout the entire process including coordinating the delivery date and time that was convenient to us. At time of delivery, Cindy reviewed the car manuals with us and even set up my blue-tooth system. She made sure that I understood every feature of the car and even gave me her number to call her if I needed assistance later on. Cindy has also made follow up calls to me to see if I had any questions. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Cindy Tallini at Peters and I would definitely purchase another car from Cindy. More

I bought my new 2012 Honda Civic from Peter's in November of 2012 because of their Drive Forever warranty. I live over an hour away, but it was worth it! I also got my 1st oil change done complimentary. Almost 10 months later I realized I didn't have the paperwork from the 1st oil change (which I needed for my Drive Forever service records). I contacted Cindy Tallini, who was my original sales consultant, and she helped get me the paperwork I needed. Very thankful for that great customer service.
