Worst Dealership in Tallahassee, FL This place seriously does not know the true meaning of quality service. I've been calling for hours straight about talking to the head service manager This place seriously does not know the true meaning of quality service. I've been calling for hours straight about talking to the head service manager about my recent service. I believe I am getting the runarounds by these people. First, if I am making a phone call with a specific advisor, and explaining my car issue to them. I would at least expect them to be one helping me and not passing me on to someone else. These people here, do this A LOT whenever, I come for service. I've had too many different advisor and ALL of them are terrible. This one guy MIKE, can't even get up from his desk and look for me to explain the final details or give me an update. This man is lazy and clearly does not know meaning of service! My car is giving me the same issues from before and no one here seems to be addressing the underlying issue. If something happens to me, my parents have every right to sue to this place because you didn't do your xxxx job from the beginning! More
Service was very good, Moses (mechanic) kept me informed and dealer got me in and out quick. Normally a good experience but watch out for service advisor trying to get u to purchase additional service and not offering you existing coupons and advertised specials. Good analysis. Nice workmanship. Good analysis by my service rep and the tire expert, making my choice easy. My only issue was that the dealership stopped offering free doughnuts.
