Alan Blackburn is always courteous and never hesitates to communicate with me on all my repairs. He let me know about a recall that was performed also. It is hard to find a service writer/representative these days that doesn't take the customer for granted. He is always attentive and professional to my requests and questions on my Tundra and that is why I always want him to take care of me. He is truly an asset for Legacy Toyota and one of a kind. Excellent service! I stopped in on Friday morning at 9:15 am to see if I could get my service done a day early. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning. Alan said that was no problem but it may take an hour to an hour and a half. In less than an hour my service was complete. Not only Alan but the entire service department staff are very efficient in understanding the customer's needs. The waiting area was over and beyond my expectations. They had a coffee and donut station and wi-fi stations that reminded me of a Barnes and Nobles. More

He was very polite, cordial, very helpful in getting my car diagnosed and in ordering the parts, etc. They were able to take their time to find what was wrong and help me decide what was necessary to do and what would have been an extra expense, but not really necessary. This helped me immensely on the financial end of things. I think I have had mostly really good 100% super experience with most service coordinators at all areas of Legacy Toyota.
