Attention to detail A month ago, I took my 04 Corolla to Legacy Toyota to have the oil changed at which time it was suggested to have my brakes changed. I could not do it A month ago, I took my 04 Corolla to Legacy Toyota to have the oil changed at which time it was suggested to have my brakes changed. I could not do it at that time. When I did call, however, I chose to schedule the return appointment through Charles Smith who attended to me at the time of the oil change because he was very thorough and not at all pushy. When I arrived at the dealership for my brakes, I asked Charles to please ask the technicians to check the tire pressures as I was leaving the following week to take a road trip. He remembered from a month earlier what my tire pressure preferences were. It's that attention to detail that I appreciate as a customer. More
Super Great Service from Legacy Toyota! Since I purchased my 2013 Scion FRS new from Legacy, I receive VIP service. Recently my car had to go in for routine maintenance. The VIP lounge was a Since I purchased my 2013 Scion FRS new from Legacy, I receive VIP service. Recently my car had to go in for routine maintenance. The VIP lounge was a nice place to wait while the service was being completed. The complimentary lunch and drinks was super great since I had missed eating lunch on that day. The service time was less than an hour and because the car was still covered under a 2 year free maintenance plan, there was no charge. The car was returned in the condition it was in when the maintenance staff took my keys (even the seat in correct position), and everything appears to have been completed as scheduled. I am a very happy Legacy Toyota customer. I also used Legacy for service with my 2007 Toyota FJ Crusier prior to trading it in, and even though I was a non-VIP client at the time, the service and wait time was always better than my previous experience with other dealers. More

Fast and efficient service I took my 2013 Highlander for the 25k service. I was met by Lisa Raisor (Service Consultant) who was very nice, courteous, and helpful. My car was I took my 2013 Highlander for the 25k service. I was met by Lisa Raisor (Service Consultant) who was very nice, courteous, and helpful. My car was serviced within a couple of hours and was ready to go. When I arrived, I asked Lisa to make sure my service record book is stumped. She remembered the request and had stumped it for me. I was surprised that the engine and cabin air filters needed to be changed since I don’t drive in dusty area, but I agreed to be changed when asked by Lisa --I paid $91.91 for them. Overall, I had a pleasant visit. Staff was courteous, the dealership was very nice and clean, and the waiting halls were comfortable. More
