I waited a few minutes and called him again. Voice mail. Finally he called me back. Over 3 hours just to diagnose the issue. Way too long. More

Not so good. Service rep very helpful when I arrived at appt. However the same issues that I have previously had still exists. Receptionist/scheduler was told I wanted 30,000 mile service. I received email confirming "oil change, rotate tires and txm basic. When I called for clarification I was transferred to a number that told me that person wasn't available and ended the call. I did a reply email and still have not had a response to my concerns but have received 4 unsolicited annoying emails from people at legacy. More

Not the best service I originally received 3 different estimates for my car but Toyota was the cheapest at least I thought . However I left my car with them because it was I originally received 3 different estimates for my car but Toyota was the cheapest at least I thought . However I left my car with them because it was unsafe to drive. I received a call the next day my estimate is almost $400 more then I received ok fine. Throughout the week I call with several questions trying to get a better understanding about what was being done to my vehicle, staff was very rude and annoyed with me asking questions. Oh wait but that doesn’t take the icing on the cake, after my car was fixed I went pick it up and noticed more than 25 miles was driven in my vehicle. I asked about it and was dismissed. I’ve called corporate to no avail. So I highly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. More
