We had already received quotes on the vehicle we were interested in from another dealer and they were able to beat that price and give us everything we wanted in our new vehicle. The service was timely and impeccable, the car was delivered sooner than expected, the paper work and financing were swift and painless. We can't thank Dee and the others at Legacy for making us VERY satisfied repeat customers. We will be sure to buy all of our cars from Legacy and recommend Dee Patel to anyone interested in a new or used car. More
I recently walked into the lobby at my local Legacy Toyota dealership with the mind to trade my car in. I immediately was approached by Ryan Boatwright. He was very friendly, polite and respectful. He took his time to answer all of my questions correctly even if he had to ask some one. I like to ask questions and feel that i know everything there is to know before making such a large life impacting decision. He made me feel as if i had done so and made me comfortable with the decision to trade my car in. We test drove the vehicle i decided on and usually test drives and sort of awkward but it wasn't with Ryan. It was like driving down the road minding my own business than carting around a random stranger whose only interest is selling me a car whether i need it, like it or not. Ralph Moss has also been a very friendly gentlemen towards me whenever i cross his path at Toyota. He carefully answers my questions regaurdless of how extreme the given scenario was. He comes off as very honest and down to earth. As i find many of your Toyota workers to be. As mentioned previously im always full of questions so of course it did not stop with the car salesmen. I traveled to the Service area and i spoke to the Express Lube manager Amber Norris who was very polite, friendly and respectful. She as well answered all of my questions and made me feel more comfortable with my decision of buying a car from Legacy Toyota. From this one experience at Legacy i feel very welcomed there. I tell everyone i know to visit you guys for vehicles. When i am in public and i see workers from Toyota they recognize me and speak to me. It makes me feel good and i send everyone your way in exchange for the random friendships that have come to me from the decision i made to visit Toyota that day. My suggestion to the dealership would be to make sure that at ALL COSTS NECESSARY, KEEP Ryan Boatwright, Ralph Moss and Amber Norris. It is without doubt that they keep your business running and your customers returning. I will always return to Toyota and send my friends and family as long as your employees handle things and make me feel the way that those great workers have. I am so thankful to have had such a wonderful experience. I will say that i am disgusted by Tallahassee Dodge. I will never purchase from them. They are rude, inconsiderate and down right annoying. They are everything Toyota is not. Thankfully! I appreciate everything you do and all of the people working for your company. You're doing it right! More
I was in the market to get a new or certified used car for a while. I checked on Legacy Toyota Website and saw the car I wanted not only got an awesome vehicle also top dollars for my trade ins. Dee Patel was the sales angel who helped me and what I liked the most was that he did not rush me to get into the deal and let me make my decision based on my research. He was very clear with the details about the car. I had gone to other dealers and one denied me due to my credit but Legacy gave me accurate credit score and approved in minutes. Thank you Dee Patel and Thank You Laz from finace for giving me what I wanted. And before I leave they treated me like a queen and I liked that. I will definately recommend Legacy Toyota and specially Dee Patel. Love you Guys!!!! More

Bought Toyota Tundra recently and went in for bumper repair on our Venza. Both times, Sales Person, Dee Patel, was outstanding. Not only he took pride in his work, but his professionalism shined through repair on our Venza. Both times, Sales Person, Dee Patel, was outstanding. After Sales Service, which is most important part of sales, he understood it precisely and came though on his promises. My 68 year old Aunt bought a car from them 2 days ago. She asked me to look at the deal after the fact and I saw some things that did not make sense. My Aunt initally walked away from the deal because they marked the sticker price up $2000. The sales person called her back and told her they would work with her on it. What they ended up doing was taking her payments out to 75 months to make the numbers work. I called and spoke to Laura and Larz to discuss and they referred me to Phil Sollecito the General Sales Manager. I introduced myself and asked him about the $2000 markup and he imediatly became rude and obnoxios. He said they made it up with her trade in value which was not true because they gave her the same amount on the trade in that they initally offered. I have read many other reviews that have mentioned how rude management is at this dealership. Being in customer service I have no idea how this dealersip stays in buisness. I was spoken to in the most unprofessional manner and this dearlersip took advantage of an elderly woman and I am angry. Toyota is a great brand and I have owned several of their cars. The only reason this dealership is still in buisness is because they have a great product. I would highly recomend driving to Georgia. More
