I have bought and traded many vehicles in my time. Most of the experiences were terrible, especially as a woman. However, from the outset, my representative, Julian Weaver, was absolutely a dream. I have never, in all my years, been treated with such courtesy, respect, dignity, and intelligence, not to mention GENUINE professionalism and kindness. Not put-ons, NO B.S., NO games, NO lies, NO pressure. I honestly can't say enough good things about this experience - I would almost rather have a tooth pulled - without Novocaine - than go to a car dealership. But, they could not have made it anymore pleasant. Legacy Toyota is truly a Class A business. I will direct as many people their way as I can. I got the VIP treatment - and I only bought a Corolla. Anyway - great experience. I am truly overwhelmed. I didn't think it was possible, truly, to be treated this way by a business. Many thanks. More
Nastiest, rudest bunch of people I have ever dealt with. They were ok, but not great, when we were buying the car, but backed out of a warranty repair on a technicality. My husband and I went to Legacy to look for a new car. Brian was the salesperson we worked with. We never felt overwhelmed or pressured into buying a new car. We went to Toyota to buy a used car – our previous car broke down suddenly and the repairing was very expensive. We checked some dealers online to see any car within our budget. We called Toyota to see whether they could pick-up us. Toyota sent Dee Patel to pick up us. Dee has a lot of patience in dealing with customer – I must say. From my first experience with test driving there, he got an idea what kind of car I was looking for and that made the selection much easier for both of us as there were a huge number of used cars ready for sell. From 12:30 pm to the end of the day he spent the whole time with us showing 5-6 different cars, gave us few options, discussed pros and cons of each of them as per as our choice, expectations, and maintenance were concerned, before taking any our decision. He did not want us to rush into anything that I did not want. It was simply an excellent experience for dealing with him. When I discussed this experience with my co-workers, they were really impressed about the treatment we received there. In the end we bought the Camry. Dee was an excellent sales consultant. He did a very good Job explaining to us about how to use it as it was our first Toyota. As a person he is very nice and friendly. Moreover, the relationship with him does not end with the buying – We went to the service shop later, he arranged the appointment for us and even came to meet us personally to make sure if we’ve been taken care off. In short he is a good trust-able guy. We highly recommend Dee to anyone interested in a new or used car. More

A few months ago, we entered your place of business with the intention of having our old Prius repaired. However,Laurie Bentley's engaging personality and sales techniques convinced us to buy a new car rat the intention of having our old Prius repaired. However,Laurie Bentley's engaging personality and sales techniques convinced us to buy a new car rather than repair our old one. She's a super salesperson!! Not only did Laurie sell us a car, but she has been in touch with us since. Shortly after the sale, she sent a note thanking us for letting her help us, etc. Yesterday, we received a Christmas card and note from her, and it reminded us of how grateful we were to have her as our salesperson. We have appreciated her thoughtfulness greatly! As you may conclude, we see Laurie as a good friend now. And, we would recommend her to anyone who is buying a car at Legacy Toyota!! More
I went to Toyota just car shopping, not even sure if I wanted one or not. My original car of interest was a Sonata. But my mother told me to shop around first before just jumping into a commitment. I visited Hyundai and Honda before making my rounds to Toyota, and each deal sounded better than the last. Each time I was ready to drive away in the car that day, because that's how each salesperson pitched it to me. But not Dee Patel. Of course, he wanted me to buy from him, but he also wanted to make sure that I made the best choice for myself. He did not try to rush me or con me into buying a car from him immediately off impulse. He simply gave me a few options and let me make my own decision. He did not want me to rush into anything that I did not want, so he told me to take a few days and look around at different cars at different dealerships and come back if I was sure that that's what I wanted. In the end, I ended up coming back to lease the 2012 Camry and everyday I love it more. I feel like I made a great decision, and the more I end up loving my car, the more I end up loving Dee for helping and allowing me to make such a great decision. More

I have never seen anyone hustle and move like you did... The showroom is very uncluttered, clean and attractive. Same with the service area. Loved the lock boxes on the cars...all the other dealers had to run inside to get the keys for each vehicle I wanted to test drive. Financing was a dream - loved Kelly! But most of all J.R., you made the experience great. Thank you for treating us with respect. I especially appreciated you not putting pressure on us while shopping for a vehicle.
