I have been looking for a crossover SUV for some time and "loved" the look of the new RAV 4! I had visited a dealership in another part of the state and was treated very poorly by the salesperson. I was "ready to buy" the RAV 4 on their lot, but because of the poor customer service I chose not to buy the car in S. Florida. When I returned to Tallahassee, I decided to call Legacy Toyota and try their services out. Benny Watson is the salesperson I dealt with. Benny was very courteous, answered all of my questions and was willing to work with me to make sure I got "just the right RAV 4" I wanted. He went "over and above" what I expected of a salesperson! He located the vehicle I wanted and made arrangements for it to be delivered; while I was waiting for the automobile I arranged with Benny to stop by Legacy and drive a RAV 4 one more time before my RAV 4 arrived, just to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I drove on the lot and discovered a "RED RAV 4"! It was a new arrival. I spoke with Benny and asked if I could change my mind (women do that you know), and asked him if there would be a problem with my purchasing the RED RAV 4 sitting on the lot! I purchased that autombile and closed the deal within the hour! How exciting! Customer Service is not dead. It is still alive and well at Legacy Toyota. They understand the customer! From making the first phone call to the dealership to the close of the deal there was no stress or pressure. My experience was excellent. I will recommend Legacy Toyota to all of my friends and family. More

Legacy Toyota and Justin Carter (our car sales person) made buying my first car the best car buying experience anyone could ask for. My family and I had previously been to numerous dealerships with no luc made buying my first car the best car buying experience anyone could ask for. My family and I had previously been to numerous dealerships with no luck in finding a fair price for the car I wanted and a fair trade in value for the car I previously had. When we arrived we were promptly greeted which is come to be expected at a dealership but we were also very pleasantly surprised. Justin was very friendly and allowed us to look freely but was there when we needed assistance. When it came time to talk business he did ABSOLUTELY everything in his power to get a great deal on the car I wanted and a fair price on my trade in without all of the back and fourth you may come to expect at OTHER dealerships. After all the deals were made and all was said and done Justin went above and beyond by taking the time to do everything from setting my preset radio stations (without me even asking), setting up my bluetooth in my car, and even going over the owners manual and making sure I knew where my service schedule was and where to find answers to any questions I may have in the future. I would recommend this dealership and Justin to anyone looking for a fair deal and an amazing car buying experience. More

I am very thankful for Mr. Fisher not giving up on getting me into a really nice automobile and enduring my back and forth decisions and my relatives negative interference. Several weeks ago I brought my old Toyota in for service and while waiting I decided to look at the vehicles on the lot. While looking a woman with blonde hair named Gloria (something like that) approached and while waiting I decided to look at the vehicles on the lot. While looking a woman with blonde hair named Gloria (something like that) approached me. My first thought was, "Oh, god. Here we go." I was wrong, though. I'm a psychologist so I have a keen eye for predation. This person wasn't predatory toward me at all. She introduced herself, I told her that I was just looking, and then she said to take my time and enjoy looking. She then said that if I have any questions to ask for her in the building and she'll help. Then she left me alone. I was taken aback by her. She gave me space. I've owned a lot of Toyotas and Lexuses throughout the years and I believe they're the best cars for the price. I like to think of them as German quality at half the price. Craftsmanship is rare these days and the Japanese and Germans still have that core virtue in the value systems of their cultures. Anyway, the next time I visit Legacy I want to deal with Gloria because of the way she made me feel. She challenged my whole understanding of the personality types of all car sales people. We were introduced to Chuck Browning in service for future servicing. Our son, Jake, has Cerebral palsy, however Laurie never got in a hurry and explained everything to Jake and answered his many questions with patience and compassion.
