Simple service - horrible experience Took my 4Runner in for recall, oil change and tire rotate. Don’t know when the service was done. Had to call to find out and when I arrived the service rep had left for the day. Not a single person offered to help and walk right in by me for 20 minutes while I sat at the reps desk. That includes the guy who finally cashed me out at the desk right next door. More
