Jim bell was wonderful. He worked out things for me. Truthful. Helped me get it figured out. I wasn’t very happy with the finance dept. Demarkus didnt listen to me. He lied about warranties and used bully tactics saying it would “all be on me” cost wise. He gave me an example of him paying for a battery on his lease. Well it didnt cost $1200 and interest like the warranties. I read the basic warranty in manual. i asked for printouts on what different warranties covered. He wouldnt print them. I came back next day because payment $36 higher than i agreed to. I asked for a print out of an easy to read contract. He said there wasnt one! Then he took a call from his friend Greg and ignored and disrespected my presence. The dealership is presented as customer service oriented. It is wonderful but finance does fit in the same picture. Sorry but thats how i felt. Bought lots of cars. More

Service Job ended in NO OIL warning Jan. 18, 2020 Legacy completed a 30K inspection, including oil change on my 2017 Tacoma. 10 miles away a warning that the oil was low flashed. I ret Jan. 18, 2020 Legacy completed a 30K inspection, including oil change on my 2017 Tacoma. 10 miles away a warning that the oil was low flashed. I returned to Legacy via tow truck, where they showed me a cylinder housing which malfunctioned either because it was installed incorrectly or bad O-Ring. The Service manager ordered a 2nd oil change, and the Tacoma was inspected for problems, which he said there were none. I asked for a reversal of the service ($175.00) he stated that he could not do that. I have been told to drive the truck for 1000 miles and return it for a complete inspection. The service manager also promised to email me with all the details concerning this incident. As of Monday Jan. 20, 2020 at 8:13PM, I have not heard from him. This incident comes on the heels of 5 bad experiences with the service department. My trust and confidence in Legacy Toyota's Service department is very much compromised. Hopefully this will all get resolved very soon. My service re Alan Blackburn was EXCELLENT and very attentive, in fact he called me today Jan. 20, 2020 following up on a key issue as he promised, Thank you to Mr. Blackburn for being a man of your word. Good analysis. Nice workmanship. Good analysis by my service rep and the tire expert, making my choice easy. My only issue was that the dealership stopped offering free doughnuts.
