Dealer quoted me a price via text message. I contacted them via telephone and they confirmed tbe price was accurate. "Our new used manager is trying to make deals for the end of the month." I've been calling for hours straight about talking to the head service manager about my recent service. I believe I am getting the runarounds by these people. First, if I am making a phone call with a specific advisor, and explaining my car issue to them. I would at least expect them to be one helping me and not passing me on to someone else. These people here, do this A LOT whenever, I come for service. I've had too many different advisor and ALL of them are terrible. This one guy MIKE, can't even get up from his desk and look for me to explain the final details or give me an update. This man is lazy and clearly does not know meaning of service! My car is giving me the same issues from before and no one here seems to be addressing the underlying issue. If something happens to me, my parents have every right to sue to this place because you didn't do your xxxx job from the beginning! More

PLEASE STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! I LEASED A 2020 TACOMA ON SATURDAY, AND WHEN THE DEALERSHIP DELIVERED THE TRUCK, THEY ONLY BROUGHT ONE KEY. PROMISED TO DRIVE KEY OUT ON MONDAY, BUT AFTER 3 DAYS I STILL HA ON SATURDAY, AND WHEN THE DEALERSHIP DELIVERED THE TRUCK, THEY ONLY BROUGHT ONE KEY. PROMISED TO DRIVE KEY OUT ON MONDAY, BUT AFTER 3 DAYS I STILL HAVE NO KEY. FINANCE MANAGER IS THE RUDEST PERSON THAT IVE EVER MET. HE TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY ARE 4 YEARS OLD, AND SALES STAFF SEEMS TO BE INCOMPETENT. I HAVE NOW SPENT 3 DAYS TRYING TO GET MY KEY AND TRYING TO GET MY GPS TO WORK, BUT THE SOFTWARE ON THE BUILT IN GPS DOES NOT WORK AND LEGACY REFUSES TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO GET IT WORKING. DONT LET THIS DEALERSHIP FOOL YOU. THEY ACT LIKE THEY CARE ABOUT YOU, BUT AFTER YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE, THERE IS NOBODY TO BE FOUND TO OFFER ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE ARE OTHER ISSUES AS WELL, BUT I DONT HAVE ENOUGH SPACE TO TYPE THEM ALL OUT. THE SHORT IF IT IS LEGACY TOYOTA COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AFTER THE SALE, SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY YOUR NEXT VEHICLE FROM SOMEONE ELSE!! More
