Oh my gos appointment. The service advisor came outside to meet with me, assessed my needs and explained that me car would not take long to complete. Oh my gosh, I went upstairs to wait. I was able to partake of fresh donuts and coffee. My car was completed in the time frame as promised. Love Toyota. Thanks. See you on the next visit More

TERRIBLE DEALER I've had a horrible experience with Legacy Toyota and would not recommend going here for anything. In 2016, I bought a brand new Tacoma and have had nothing but problems since 2 months after purchase. The truck on average has been in and out of the dealership on a 3 month average. This is all documented via service records. (3 timing cover leaks, CV axle replaced, Rear leaf springs replaced, (2) Transmission software updates because of it not going into drive from park, Rattling in front suspension that they claim is normal, and rattles in plastic pieces in the cabin.) The (2) timing cover gasket leaks have been corrected under warranty 2 times. They have to remove the entire upper half of the engine, drop the transmission and reseal. This has been completed on my truck (2) times at under 50,000K miles. This is a 4 day process at best and is unacceptable for a new truck. They never get everything back together correct. In the latest occurrence I had to fight to get them to give me a rental, they even had the audacity to ask me to pay for the rental or claim the loaner on my insurance. I was guaranteed that it would not leak again by one of the top Master Technicians in their shop who worked on it. If a master tech can screw something up this bad I'd sure never let one of the lower level technicians touch my vehicle. Following the service I was missing a splash guard on the RF wheel well that was there when I took the truck in. Whatever, I will just buy one on my dime and install because it's easier than dealing with Legacy. Fast forward - 1,000 miles after the last fix I checked yesterday to see if the leak has redeveloped, it has and I also noticed that (3) of the bolts that mate the transmission bell housing to the engine were about to fall out. I wish I could include pictures with this post. I worked with Service Manager, Amanda Thigpen through the first occurrence and called again yesterday to inform them of the leak that has redeveloped and the transmission that is not fully secured. She could care less...I was told they couldn't get to me for another 10 days at the earliest. You would think that a 200lb transmission that is not fully secured to the vehicle would be a big safety concern for your company, but I guess not. Don't worry Legacy, I'll do your job again because your techs continue to display their incompetence. Previously, I asked for an extended power-train warranty until 100K miles because I had lost faith in this vehicle and their quality of reassembly....I was denied. They offered to make it right by offing me a "great deal" trade. They offered less than what my truck listed for on KBB and tried to sell me an overpriced truck with a bunch of bolt on accessories. I've never had an experience as bad as I have with Legacy Toyota. I highly advise you go to Thomasville Toyota or another dealership. I will never send anyone to this dealership for anything. It's been nothing but misinformation, lies, and bad experiences. It's amazing their rating is as high as it is on here. This post will probably get deleted anyway. More
I just have to give a big shout-out to Legacy Toyota. I I just have to give a big shout-out to Legacy Toyota. I had a previously bad experience and nobody would do anything to help me. I had almost given u I just have to give a big shout-out to Legacy Toyota. I had a previously bad experience and nobody would do anything to help me. I had almost given up hope. I waited several weeks and came back and spoke with Peter Boulware who is the new majority owner of Legacy Toyota. He is the nicest most Christian man! He told me they had gotten a new general manager and another new manager from Texas and that there was " a new sheriff in town!" He said this is not the way we treat our customers, we treat them like family. We are going to do right by you. Within 24 hours they had turned everything around completely, satisfied me in a way that I didn't think any other dealership in town ever would have. They lost money in the deal I'm sure, my family was in the car business for 20 years.I just LOVE their new managers Mike Good and John Johnson. They work miracles! You can feel good about doing business with them. They truly looked out for my best interest! More
