Made an appointment for oil change and a few minor concerns. Everyone was friendly, helpful and polite. Everything was taken care of. I bought an abandoned Sequoia from an auction and needed a master key before I could attempt to figure out why the truck was left and not being driven. After 3 locksmiths failed to complete the task, I begrudgingly towed my truck to Pete Boulware Toyota. I’d heard nightmares about costs of dealer service departments at other dealers. The parts department had already provided me with a key code and was very friendly, knowledgable, and the cost was less than half of what I was initially quoted, so I remained hopeful. Mark Hunter patiently listened to me while he got the information off my truck and helped me determine the appropriate course of action. When the truck was finished I expected to be handed a key and a bill and pointed towards my truck. When I was told my truck ran smooth my ears must’ve perked up like a puppy dog, then I was told to follow Mr Hunter and they would bring my truck around, I felt like I’d hit the lottery. Sure enough, after a few minor repairs(fusable link, and properly sized battery, reseed computer), they had completed what the locksmiths were unable to do. My truck not only had a brand new master key, it was now a running/driving vehicle that received a multi-point inspection and was given a clean bill of health and new lease on life. It is now our kid-hauler and it may well be the best running engine I’ve ever had in a truck. Maybe best running engine I’ve had, period. Had the locksmiths been able to make that key, I likely would have a key, and a not running Sequoia. The folks at Pete Boulware may not realize it, but they saved me from my self on this one and turned what may have been a bad gamble into a home run. The cost was mostly labor and I would gladly pay it again. The tech was thorough and Mr Hunter and the other service dept staff was friendly, knowledgable, and I will recommend anyone with a Toyota, just take it to this service department. For any of your repair needs. Trying to save a buck on something might cost you a lot more in terms of both time and money in the long term More

We went in to get our 2014 Toyota repaired and ended up buying the car of our dreams -- a 2021 Toyota Avalon. The place is totally low pressure -- none of that "car salesman" pitch. Alan Blackburn will be our service manager for life. There was no charge on the main problem they fixed (on our old car) and minor charges for small purchases we made. Jim Bell was our "salesman" if you can call him that. To us, he was a cheery educator and showed us various models -- no rush at all. Although we were not going to buy, he did not make us feel rushed. We spent all day there and ended up with the perfect car for us. Later, I called a couple to times to ask him questions. He spent the time with me -- compare this to the sales people who don't know who you are once you've signed on the dotted line. The price was right, we got what we wanted on our trade-in, which we considered to be in excellent condition. And Brandon got us an additional discount. Papa Fred is terrific. Today's cars are a giant computer and he took the mystery out of it. Full of life and good humor, he taught us the essentials in about an hour and urged us to come back for another tutorial if we wanted it. We could come back as often as we liked. Finally, the icing on the cake. I was afraid to drive the new car through what I thought was a small opening and asked a random "employee" to move the other car. He said no problem and got into my car and drove it through. Then he gave us directions for getting home. Turns out that man was the General Manager with hundreds of people working for him. All in all, this was the best experience we have ever had in a car dealership. More
There was poor communication about whether my truck was done with service...leaving me to have to keep the rental car another day and make another trip back. Sales process was somewhat lengthy and seemed disorganized. My major concern is this. The vehicle came with numerous features such as ELO GPS, and many others. I would have liked a written itemization of the features, how long they are good for, and how much they will cost to extend? Also, I believe the vehicle comes with a certain number of "free" oil changes. None of this was explained to me. I an requesting a follow up on this. More

I want to thank Julian for his patience and assistance in finding the best vehicle to meet my requirements and wants. The only thing I had to come back for was the floor and cargo mats.
