9 phone calls over three weeks. Voice mails not returned. Get cut off after 2 minutes. Get transferred to voice mails without any idea whose voice mail it belongs too. Two times I have asked for a repair only to find out it didn’t fix the problem. Or they forgot to do all requested work. Last Friday (after 6 phone calls to talk to someone) I wantsed my entertainment screen reset or fixed. They sent video saying it was fixed. Only to drive away with the exact same problem still occurring Called three times before I got service department after a voicemail from 3 hours earlier wasn’t returned. First time (2 weeks ago attempting to get a service appointment) I left one voicemail which was not returned and after 4 days I had to try again the next week. Took two more calls to get an appointment and I still have the same unfixed problem. I am now considering looking for a new vehicle. Now I have a second appointment to do the same service but have to wait until Thursday. So two more days. So every service appointment I have had takes two trips and wasted hours The first problem also was never fixed in the two appointments so I can’t use that part of the car. (Charger in console doesn’t work even after it was replaced. I am so frustrated. And don’t trust the dealership to answer their phones and am wary of the service department’s ability to fix my car.
