Hello, I purchased a used “as is” $8k vehicle with 74k miles on it in my area from Peter Boulware Toyota. It broke down after less than two months. The dealership has ghosted me and refuses to return my e miles on it in my area from Peter Boulware Toyota. It broke down after less than two months. The dealership has ghosted me and refuses to return my emails, calls, and attempts to speak with managers. This week, I discovered that the car in question was taken to a local ford dealer in January with transmission issues. At the end of the service, the mechanic noted that the transmission issues were unresolved. I just received print outs of this upon receiving visiting the original dealership the car was first sold at. Carfax only shows that the transmission was chexked, not that anything was wrong with it. Peter Boulware Toyota then sold the car to me with a sticker saying that the transmission, brakes, and tires were in good condition by check mark. In fact, PB never checked the transmission because they are incapable of servicing fords. The service manager is the one that told me via text that they don’t have that capability. I was told this when I tried to bring the car in to get fixed after it broke down. I still have this text message. I can’t believe my experience and how Ive been treated, not to mention how Ive been renting a car for the past two weeks be cause my car is out of commission. More

I am sorry but I no longer trust this dealership. I was looking at an $18400 used Toyota and the final delivered price was over $30,000. Outrageous. I have been buying cars for well over sixty years and never have I seen such a scam. There were over $8000 in extras I didn 't want or ask for. My advice is read the fine print and don't be duped by this trick to jack up the price of your next used car. More
Bought out my lease on a Tacoma truck from Boulware Toyota. Payoff listed on southeast toyota financial site said 29,400.16 was payoff on truck. After 2 weeks I had been watching the website where I make payments to make sure that its paid off. I just happened to see the amount of the check posted to close out the account was 26,932.33. I ended up calling Toyota financial and asking wth was this all about, and they claim the 29,400.16 amount quoted to me was including taxes, and that's why the check that was cut was less money. So if that's the case, then I paid taxes twice because boulware charged me 1972.27 for taxes. I keep trying to get someone to explain it to me from the dealership, but keep getting the runaround. The finance guy that I was dealing with was also a total xxx, kept pressuring me to finance through them. Kept telling them the credit union had a 5.99 rate and they would have to match that. Anyways, I will never ever buy anything from that place again, so buyer beware......... More

My 20 year old daughter had her car fixed there. Dropped off 3 weeks ago. Said it would take 3 days., then it comes down to after she finished finals and has to get to her brother’s graduation five Dropped off 3 weeks ago. They tell her to bring in a check. We already received the check, but we are 6 1/2 hours away from her. So then they charge a credit card fee or they won’t release the car. No other walking through options so we can wire the money or find some other means the day before. We chose this dealership because they are in the Toyota family, but it was not a typical Toyota dealership experience. You may get a complimentary cup of coffee, but everything else you are going to really pay. More
