After having a scheduled appointment for a simple transmission service, I had to wait almost 6 hours to get it finished thanks to their new “drop off only” policy. He worked hard to make sure I was comfortable with all the terms before moving forward. He was also very patient as I took my time to make my decision. When it was time to take possession of my new truck, George made sure that everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied before I drove it off the lot.
