I came in to pick up my vehicle after having remote start installed in my Traverse. Ms. Julie offered to have someone to show me how to work the remote start, but I declined services. After realizing that I installed in my Traverse. Ms. Julie offered to have someone to show me how to work the remote start, but I declined services. After realizing that I needed help, I went back inside to get the help that was offered, and Ms. Julie was nice enough to leave her warm office and help me herself instead of calling a technician to assist me.
