First, I would like to say that I am very uncomfortable going to dealers. They do have a bad reputation, at least in my mind. I have not had any good experiences in the past. This trip was a three hour drive from Alabama to this dealership. I am very thankful!!! Reid was a great man! We were treated with utmost respect! Never did we feel like we were being "played" or taken advantage of. Very professional all around at the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new and/or used vehicle. Reid went above and beyond to help us out and we are very high maintenance when it comes to spending money! We DO NOT like to part with our money, especially on a used vehicle. But I have to say I spent less than I ever have on a very luxurious and beautiful minivan! I feel very happy with our purchase and know we got an excellent "deal"! I spoke with David Rosa about purchasing a 2011 Camaro SS about 4 months before actually going to the lot. He was very attentive and supplied me with all the information I wanted. The Mitsubishi did not fit my needs, so I inquired about the Chevy Equinox. We immediately went across the street to the Chevy dealership (same owner, Pete Moore). I took the Equinox home on 2 different evennings and drove it to work and around town to make sure it was right for me. Again -- no pressure whatsoever. Chris in finance was also outstanding and explained everything exceptionally well. Pete spent just as long with me after the sale making sure I knew everything about the vehicle as Chris getting the financing arranged. They even took me to the Service Dept to meet C.D. McNair to explain how the free tire rotation, warranty work,etc works. An exceptional experience overall and I hoghly recommend this team! More

We had car trouble on our way home from vacation. We were 9 hours from home, but were only a block away from this dealership.
