My wife and I have been working with several dealers throughout North West Florida for the past three months searching for the right automobile. We explained to him our needs including one minor detail about the cup holders not holding cups with handles. He showed concerned for our needs in everyway, including suggestions to fit our need. We usually buy a new car or truck every three to four years and have delt with many dealers in the Florida Panhandle. I can truefully say that in dealing with Pete Moore, my wife and I both were completely satisfied in everyway. Pete Moore and staff were the most friendly and helpful individuals in all our dealings with buying a new auto. We felt no pressure and left the Dealership to try and beat their deal. I found no dealership that would even match their deal, much less beat it. We then called back and ask if they could have the vechicle ready to go by close of business. The first sales person assigned to me in Used sales at Pete Moore was very unwilling to help and basically told me I should keep my current vehicle because he didn’t think I could afford a higher car payment. He was nice, but at the same time, I didn’t have a good experience with him. I asked for a finance manager so we could at least run the numbers. Then I was assigned to Randy. Randy was thoughtful and honest with the entire process and of course it was my decision and my decision alone to go with the purchase. I am enjoying my new vehicle and appreciate the pete moore team overall for being service oriented. Randy has followed up to make sure I am happy with the vehicle and met me at the service dept for my first service appt. That makes a customer feel special and want to refer more customers to you. My experience with Pete Moore was outstanding. At the time I was looking for a reliable but inexpensive used car for my college student. I was in no rush and was not even that serious about buying at the time, but after speaking with Alan Ledbetter, I changed my mind. He listened to what I was looking for and quickly found exactly what we needed at a very good price. He allowed me to take the car home overnight so I could test drive it and get it looked at by our personal mechanic, and was honest about the xxxxxxand con's of the vehicle. Alan made the whole decision to buy an easy one. When we decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle, Alan continued to be a pleasure to work with, having the paperwork ready and walking me through everything I had to sign. Nothing was rushed; he said repeatedly that he wanted us to feel good about every aspect of this decision, and he meant it. He even had the vehicle detailed before we picked it up, and it looked like a new car when he was done. I came away with the impression that Alan Ledbetter must be one of the best used car salesmen in Pensacola, and I hope he get's a raise... because Pete Moore needs to hold on to him! I would highly recommend anyone interested in a vehicle to take the time to visit Pete Moore of Pensacola; I am sure all the salesmen are good, but if I was them, I would also ask for Alan Ledbetter.
