"HONESTY and TRUST", These two words seem to be part of every single conversation I have had with the three gentleman that helped me on the purchase of my new 2012 Chevy Cruze. This was my very first experience buying a car by myself and yet they did everything to help me to accomodate my financial and personal need. Mr. Jeffrey Jonhson (salesman) was absolutely outstanding, caring to help me to understand every feature of the car I wwanted, patiently taking his time to show me the differences among other possible options and the best of all was that he did NOT make me feel pressured. He helped, presented several options, reseached, worked on numbers and above all, he RESPECTED me by giving me space to evaluate and think about what I really wanted.And after I finally made the deal he still took a great amount of his time to make sure I was completely comfortable with all the features on my vehicle. Mr. Delmar (sales manager) was very helpful by working with the "figures" for a couple of vehicles to best fit my financial need, always explaining my options and showing respect and caring for my overall satisfaction. He also went above and beyond to make this deal happen. Mr. Chris Glover (finantial department) also played an important role when carefully and patiently explained over and over again all the rules, protection plans and best of all he got me an EXCELLENT interest rate. I could not be any more satisfied than I am right now with this great team that helped me to buy my first car on my own. They showed me that they cared for my total satisfaction and they wanted me to be happy with my decisions. They stayed over almost two hours passed the store hours to present me great deals and still they gave me space to think about it and make the best decision. At this point, after all their effort, I was even more sure that I was dealing with three Honest man that were trying their best to make bring customer satisfation. Therefore, I really felt they are an EXCEPTIONAL caring and professional team, and I am very pleased to have made business with them. I had been to World Ford and Vince Whibb GMC where I looked at Ford Trucks and GMC trucks. I was at each place approximately 45 mins. No one came out to wait on me.
