I'm a new transport to the Pensacola area. I found myself needing a car and not knowing where to turn to start my search. I was directed to Pete Moore Chevrolet. He did some quick work and called me back to let me know that he had several vehicles for me to come down and look at. It was a dreary wet day, but Bruce took the time to lead me around the lot and show me several vehicles that met my budget. Bruce and the other associates at Pete Moore went out of their way to get me into a car that met my needs. They were all very professional, kind and courteous. Last Friday evening, our HHR iginition would not turn off. We called the service dept for help and spoke to Jimmy Hayes. He walked me though the process of removing a fuse and disconnecting the battery off. We called the service dept for help and spoke to Jimmy Hayes. I opted instead to drive to the dealership before turning the car off, so that it would be there for service on Saturday. We live in Midway and by the time we got there it was 6:30pm. We knew the servive dept would be closed but we wanted the car there before disabling it. To our amazement, Jimmy was still there and had us bring the car inside, where we got the ignition turned off. Car was ready Saturday by 11 am. We would have been fine leaving the car in the outside lot and doing it ourselves, and thankful for the help in figuring out how: but were extremely pleased that Jimmy went above and beyond to help the way he did. We are always so pleased with the way we are treated at Pete Moore's Chevrolet. Both the service dept and sales (Pete..last name escapes me..sorry Pete) our sales guy are real pros and know how to treat people. Let me start by saying how much I hate buying a vehicle, not the money so much as dealing with a car salesperson. That being said Pete Moore is the exception to this, this is the 5th vehicle we've purchase not the money so much as dealing with a car salesperson. Pete Moore Chevrolet's Customer Service was exceptional. The transaction was quick & efficient & we were able to make a deal the same day. The car was a day late in arriving, but didn't take away from the overall outstanding experience since they did everything possible. All in all, the best part was the after-care service that was offered following the transaction. We were given a tour of the dealership & informed about where we need to go for future maintenance. They went as far as introducing us to the General Manager who congratulated us on our new purchase. The sincerely casual, yet very professional atmosphere was very much appreciated & I will go an hour out of my way to experience their customer service for future maintenance & etc. I HIGHLY recommend Pete Moore Chevrolet & Jeff Johnson as a sales consultant & have already told friends & family about our experience.
