I showed up at the dealership and was looking at the differences in vehicles from a Tahoe and a Traverse. I was really impressed with the lay out of the Traverse. I didn't have alot of time to really sit down and crame numbers and Dickie Heckler was very polite and curtious. I had my 4 yr old son and 6 month old little girl and we put a both car sits in the vehicle and I felt like I was not just another customer. Dickie Heckler had took the day off Friday June the 8th and meet Keith James he was kind enough to go through all the features of the Traverse and was willing to drive the car for me while I road in the passenger seat. It was ranning pretty good that day. I was able to observe his driving and the handling of the vehicle watching him. On June the 9th 2012 I purchased my new 2012 Traverse. The sales men was both there that day and got my phone set up with blue tooth and it was just a great buying experience. At Pete Moore Chevrolet, Jim Pankuch and Dave Laughlin in particular are top notch! Jim got me top dollar for my trade-in and never resorted to any high-pressure tactics. Pete Moore chevy was the only dealer within 500 miles from New Orleans that had the Chevy Sonic model I was looking for (they had 5). I made the call and spoke With Joe Jones and set up a deal. And just a word of advice, listen to Joe when he says to do your On Star welcome call as soon as you leave the lot because I didn't....luckily I was at Pete Moore when I locked my key in my car, along with my cell phone.
