I have purchased cars before but never have I received such wonderful customer service. Wayne Freeman was very friendly, professional and helpful. I had notified Brian some time ago that my wife and I were searching for a good used Maxima. Brian called fri 29th and said he had an 09 that had just came in. After his description my wife couldn't wait were searching for a good used Maxima. Brian called fri 29th and said he had an 09 that had just came in. After his description my wife couldn't wait to see it! We went to the Pete Moore on Sat 30th to check it out. Brian met us and treated us like family! He worked with us all morning to get the best trade possible on our 01 Maxima. I also noted to Brian that the 09 would need tires and he immediately checked with service and quoted me a price on tires, then worked them into the deal! I am in my 50's and have purchased numerous new and used cars over the years, But, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I did my research before going to the dealership and my salesman (Allan) listened to what I was looking for, did not pressure but found me the perfect vehicle. Having previously researched and determined our new car needs on various auto manufacturer websites, my wife and I went to Pete Moore Chevrolet knowing the specs of the new Chevy desired. We met with sales needs on various auto manufacturer websites, my wife and I went to Pete Moore Chevrolet knowing the specs of the new Chevy desired. We met with salesman Dane Clark, who was very friendly and helpful, and assisted us with a test drive of a similar model on their lot. Dane was attentive to detail, and worked out good/fair purchase/trade-in prices. He answered all of our questions to satisfaction, and placed a purchase order with Chevrolet for a new Traverse SUV to be built for us. Two months later, our new car arrived at the dealership. Dane ensured that the Traverse was cleaned and prepped, and given a full tank of gas. Dane explained and demonstrated the various features on our new vehicle, and offered any future assistance to help us understand and enjoy the latest electronic and technical features. Dane and the Pete Moore staff worked with us every step of the way, and made our new car purchase a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Being first-time car buyers at this dealership, we would definitely recommend Pete Moore Chevrolet to our friends and family. More

I made a call to the dealership to inquire about a new vehicle. I was directed to Mr. Dickie Heckler. I asked him several questions about a particular vehicle. He did not know all of the answers, but he t vehicle. I was directed to Mr. Dickie Heckler. I asked him several questions about a particular vehicle. He did not know all of the answers, but he told me that he would check on the questions and get bank to me soon. Dickie did call me back with the information. He located the vehicle, and called me back. My wife and I drove over and drove the vehicle. We liked the vehicle. And we completed the purchase transaction. Our son had dealt with Jeff Johnson previously and had recommended him and Pete Moore Chevrolet to us. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and the friendliness of Jeff, Delmar and all tho recommended him and Pete Moore Chevrolet to us. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and the friendliness of Jeff, Delmar and all those in the dealership. We were "just shopping" as we had not made up our mind about the vehicle we wanted to buy. Jeff was patient, never pushy and we felt very comfortable in our time with him. Before we left they had given us a great price on the vehicle and an excellent trade in on our car. When we asked for the "bottom dollar price" they truly came back to us with a price acceptable to us without a lot of hassle and run-around.
