The reason I gave the rating that I did is due to the professionalism that Wayne Freeman demonstrate while assisting me in the purchase of a vehicle. If more vehicle salesman were like him, purchasing a professionalism that Wayne Freeman demonstrate while assisting me in the purchase of a vehicle. If more vehicle salesman were like him, purchasing a vehicle would not be so dreaded. He truly takes his time to assist you without rushing you....He does not make you feel rushed and does not shot you down when you give a counter offer. You truly feel he is working with you and for you. It is very easy to talk to him and you feel you are talking to a person that you have known all your life. I was so impressed with him when I purchased the used vehicle a few months ago that when it was time to purchase a new vehicle I went back to him. I am so happy that he was able to be my salesman again and I will recommend him to anyone in the market for a used or new vehicle. I can only be grateful for him taking his time and working with me so that I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted/needed. Haggling about price it is not a matter of want....a lot of times it is matter of need. I could go on and on....but I think you get my point. I am happy with purchasing my vehicles at Pete Moore...Like getting my vehicle serviced there and I love have come across Wayne Freeman in the purchased of the used vehicle and then having him as my salesman for my new vehicle as well. Ben was great. I went to other dealers and had a bad experience. This caused me to consider Pete Moore and I am happy I did. Great thing I did. I was about to make terrible purchase and back out due to experience. This caused me to consider Pete Moore and I am happy I did. Great thing I did. George Miller was very friendly and helpful when we first came on the car lot. He allowed us to look around and was very familiar with the inventory. He answered our questions about the car. All the guys were completely cool when Tim and I needed to walk away and think things over. We thought fast and ended up coming back right before closing time to purchase (yup, we were those annoying people). The guys took their time, stayed late for us, and we never felt rushed. Because we came back late in the day to buy, my car had to be detailed in the morning. While I was waiting, Jeff took me around, introduced me to everyone I may need and showed me around the dealership. If you are thinking about buying a new car and need time to think.. Go see Jeff. I just bought a 2013 Chevy Sonic LS... Black on black...I worked with Pete Mistich the internet salesman. Very nice man.
