Bought a brand new vehicle, everything had been great, friendly service etc etc. I had agreed that I would go with who they finance with if they matched the interest rate that my bank had offered. The sal friendly service etc etc. I had agreed that I would go with who they finance with if they matched the interest rate that my bank had offered. The sales person came back and said they were willing to do that and we went ahead with the deal. All through signing the interest rate had never once been mentioned and I obviously thought we were at what was agreed to only find out when we came to pay our first payment they had raised the interest rate by 1.25% over what was agreed. Very shady practice. We were referred to Pete Moore from a family member who has purchased 12 or 13 vehicles. It’s a shame they did this and I can honestly say I would never purchase from them again due to this behavior. I would give more stars as everyone was so nice but the shady part of this means 1 star More
