Worst customer service EVER!!!! Took my vehicle in for a recall and the AEB light started coming on. Called the service center and they had me drop my vehicle and agreed to take me t Took my vehicle in for a recall and the AEB light started coming on. Called the service center and they had me drop my vehicle and agreed to take me to my appointment that I said would be brief. When I called and told them I was ready, I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come back and pick up. The service manager said they reset the sensor and if the problem happened again I would have to leave the vehicle. Guess what problem happened again. Called back and now the guy says I will have to make three trips and stay and wait for them to fix it...one for them to look at it, two to order a part, and three to fix it. Who has ever heard of such nonsense!!! He also said they couldn’t put me in a temporary vehicle because it would only take an hour to fix. Again BULL!!! Stay away from this place who puts no value in taking care of their customers. More

Friendly - Courteous - Helpful I live in Arkansas and brought my Texas truck in for a $7.00 TX license inspection. I am always embarrassed for taking up a service department's time I live in Arkansas and brought my Texas truck in for a $7.00 TX license inspection. I am always embarrassed for taking up a service department's time for only a $7.00 inspection - especially for a non-Nissan vehicle. But, they were the friendliest and most courteous service department I have seen in many years. John Johnson immediately greeted me and ran my truck through the inspection, quickly and without any sign of dread or reluctance. He made me feel exceptionally welcome. Also...while I was in the service lounge, Randy Hickson came in and spoke with a woman about her car's service. I was so impressed with how he explained the service performed and the charges, slowly and thoroughly, and in such a respectful manner so she could understand exactly what was happening. I really admired his kindest. I do not live close to Texarkana, but if I ever wanted to buy a Nissan vehicle, there is no doubt that Mankins' would be the dealer I would RUN to. Thanks, gentlemen!!!!! More
