I was in the show room with a sales person James standing 5 feet away while I was looking at a car and he NEVER said a word to me. Is this because I was a black woman and maybe did not look like I could afford a new car or was I not dressed right? I do not know but once I talked to them and they gave me their answer as to why nobody spoke to me pretty much told me everything I needed to know about this dealership when it comes to buying a new car. I was told by Levi that I would get a free oil change if I filled out the surveys from buying the car. Well, that didn't happen and left there paying $100.00 for oil change and rotation of tires. I had an appointment for 10am to change my front breaks and an oil change. I was waiting in the lobby and at 11:10 they told me that I would have to come back another day because they didn’t have time to d and an oil change. I was waiting in the lobby and at 11:10 they told me that I would have to come back another day because they didn’t have time to do the breaks since they close at 12. I had an appt at 10 so they had 2 hours a to change my brakes. Also, when I checked in and he ask what I was getting done he could have told me then that it could not be done instead of me wasting 1 1/2 hours of my time. I could have used that time find someone that could do it. I did find someone to do it the same day but I was late for a meeting due to Nissan wasting my time. More
