Kristie in the Service Dept is always a great treat. Kristie was most definitely overworked. She had to deal with employees from other depts interrupting her as she kept smiling, I was annoyed because Kristie was most definitely overworked. She had to deal with employees from other depts interrupting her as she kept smiling, I was annoyed because other employees made me feel less important because they interrupted Kristie as she was explaining things to me that I didn’t understand. The issues were things the Service Mng should have handled but she was not there the TWO days I stopped in. I also went to the Parts Dept and felt like a step-child. Ignored. No one greeted me and I had to open and close door multiple times for doorbell to ring before someone came around counter. I think they are probably under-staffed. The parts guy was awfully nice tho. The location of the parts dept is weird....why is it not in the main building. With those two “complaints”, in general on other visits I don’t have bad experiences. More

Service Department did not pick up; call automatically transferred three times before disconnecting. Second attempt was a little better, though far less than prompt. I was early for my appointment. Service work I had scheduled was not accurate. Thankfully the service rep reviewed the work to be done and it was corrected. I was able to see technicians working in the service bays while I waited. No one worked on my car for quite some time. I was able to see service techs entering the building to get food and drinks A(well before lunch time) and take them back to their work stations. Didn't seem to be a strong work ethic in the shop. Service tech who worked on my car was helpful and took time to discuss my needs. Initial service tech took care of one of my needs through a salesman; both were very helpful. More
