Frustrated Truly frustrated...We brought in a 2017 Nissan Juke that wouldn't shift into gear on Monday morning July 20th. We had already been notified that Nissa Truly frustrated...We brought in a 2017 Nissan Juke that wouldn't shift into gear on Monday morning July 20th. We had already been notified that Nissan was aware of the issues with the transmissions. Serv dept called us later that day to confirm it was the transmission and a new one was ordered. I was told "it should be ready Friday the 24th, but if not then, it would definitely be ready Monday the 27th. We weren't called Friday, so we waited until Monday. No call Monday so I called Tuesdays. I was informed the car was almost ready and that everything had gone so smoothly. Car wasn't ready Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. We had now been without the vehicle for two full work weeks and kept getting an "it's almost ready" response. We called back Friday and was told the same thing. We had to make another trip to Texarkana on Saturday, August 1st to pick up the vehicle. It was excuse after excuse on why the vehicle wasn't ready on time. We moved here two years ago from Paris, TX where the service department at the Nissan dealership there was outstanding. We have been loyal Nissan customers for years, having owned 11 Nissans, (currently own 3). Be upfront and honest. If it is going to take 14 days to fix the problem, tell me it will take 14 days, not 4 days. When I call, don't lie to me and tell me they are finishing up the oil change, when the transmission was still not installed. Once you see that it is going to take longer, call the customer and let them know...You've got to do better Nissan. More
