I have been pleased and disappointed in dealings with this dealership. I suppose everyone has problems now and again. Not following through on problems was a big thing . It was time for my oil change. Took my Sentra in for oil change and tire rotation. Also had a sensor acting up, they checked it for me and had to replace it. We took our vehicle in for a Recall....The service techs SHOULD NOT HAVE EVER TOUCHED anything inside our vehicle meaning Stereo, climate controls, deleting our Bluetooth options, seat settings, auto lights SHOULD NOT HAVE EVER TOUCHED anything inside our vehicle meaning Stereo, climate controls, deleting our Bluetooth options, seat settings, auto lights were turned off and so much more. Everything in our vehicle had been changed or removed and they were not even working on anything on the inside. VERY VERY VERY Disappointed in this dealership and this is why we didn't purchase our vehicle from this location. We will never take our vehicle back to this location ever again for any reason if this is they way they allow there people to operate. We are done with the Nissan Place in Texarkana. Also the mileage they put down for in was correct, but the mileage for out was incorrect the vehicle had been drove and WHY??? we took pictures of the OD when we parked at the dealership there was no need to drive the distance that was on it and you don't get that by moving a vehicle from the service area to the parking lot. We will make sure everyone we know never comes to this dealership for anything we would rather go to Bossier City that is where we purchased our Nissan from there prices were cheaper and no xx!!!! More
