It cost me 500. 00 and the technician was mad because he had to look at my truck again and he made the statement to Ms. Shannon, it's going to be the same. The service department was "OUTSTANDING". I was in the show room with a sales person James standing 5 feet away while I was looking at a car and he NEVER said a word to me. Is this because I was a black woman and maybe did not look like I could afford a new car or was I not dressed right? I do not know but once I talked to them and they gave me their answer as to why nobody spoke to me pretty much told me everything I needed to know about this dealership when it comes to buying a new car.
