My Nissian Pete Mankins is the only dealership we have in this area that being said I have never had a problem with the service department. Amy goes out of her way to make all customers feel welcome. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the hassle we got when we bought our Titan there and the last 2 times I brought my Pathfinder in for warranty work I requested an oil change and both times it was for gotten. I will return to have the oil changed just wish I did not have to make so many trips. More

Disappointed I have a 2017 Rogue bought new 15 months ago. I go in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Was told I need back brakes immediately. I leave and go I have a 2017 Rogue bought new 15 months ago. I go in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Was told I need back brakes immediately. I leave and go somewhere else to get my brakes looked at. I’m told they look great and I do not need brakes on the front or the back. Just to make sure I go to another place same outcome. I am very disappointed and displeased. I have been to Nissan for my oil change and tires before and this has never happened. It was also recommended that I have a fuel cleaning done with 26000 miles on my vehicle. I go for an oil change and get a quote for over 500.00 of things I need for my 1 year old car. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me. I will no longer get my service at Pete Mankins Nissan. More
