Horrible. From the start, thi am a woman looking at a specific used car, they demand to know your "intentions" before you even see the car. Then after i express my concerns, frank the manager tells me i should just "trust" them and give them money, or else they wont even take a look at the car. They he tells me to leave because his feelings are hurt that i dont trust him. Up there as the worst dealers ive ever dealt with. They should have paid me, just to talk to them.
