I was all set to purchase a used 2011 ford explorer limited from this dealership. The were very friendly and understanding at first who responded to all my questions and calls. The issue that happened with them is that...they never called me back when I was set to drive down to PA from NYC. I took the day off, lined up the financing, set the wheels in motion but...they had no clue what time the explorer was coming in from another site. The didn't even give me a courtesy call back to let me know a status of the vehicle. Thanks for nothing and wasting my paid day off, glad I purchased a 2013 explorer sport elsewhere that same day. Good-luck to anyone buying from this shady dealership. More
Frank is one of the top 2 reps I go to for sales and trades. I don't think I would ever go anywhere else besides anyplace Frank works unless I had to. Frank went out of his way to get us what he felt we deserved, even if it meant sacrificing some of his commission. It meant more to him that we got what we wanted than it did for him and the dealership to turn a profit. He also follows up from time to time to ensure we're still happy with our purchase - and we're talking months after. He's one of those guys who doesn't bluster through answers; if he doesn't know, he'll tell you, and then go find an answer. Definitely not your average car salesman! More

I purchased a new Rav4 a few months ago from Peruzzi's and am very happy with it. The sales rep, Joe Irwin, was very helpful and made sure that I selected the vehicle that was right for me. I was unsure which car I really wanted, so Joe had me test drive several different models. He was right that I would really like the Rav4. There was only one 2013 Rav4 on the lot at the time, so Joe searched other dealerships for one with the features I wanted and the color too. He also let me know that I could have the heated seats option added at the dealership, which was something I really wanted, but wasn't standard on the car I selected. This purchase was the best experience I've ever had buying a new car, because it didn't take a really long time (like my previous experiences) and no one was pushing me to buy extras I wasn't interested in. I got a good deal on the price also! I brought my car in to the dealership today for my first regular maintenance and was impressed with the service department also. You drive right into the service bay and someone was right there to take the car. I didn't catch his name, but he was quite friendly and let me know they offered a free car wash, which was great! The car was ready when promised, so I was very pleased. More
I drove over an hour to see a car advertised on the internet. The girl on the phone kept pressing me as to what time I would be coming so she could have the car out front and waiting. When I arrived I was told the car was out back and they would have to get it. It took 20 minutes to get the car - no biggie. The fun now begins. After a satisfactory test drive, we negotiate a decent deal. They want to know how I'm going to pay. I tell them I'll cut a check. They want certified funds and the banks are now closed, so they tell me a wire transfer is fine. I call my bank and they tell me I can do a wire transfer online 24 hours a day. This is acceptable to them. At this time since the car I am buying from them was just traded in, they told me they have to do their 100 point inspection and detail the car for delivery because if everything is not right they can't sell me the car. Since I wasn't trading my existing car, I had to drive over an hour back home to pick up my son and drive back another hour plus while they perform their inspection and detail the car.. So here I am back at the dealer after TWO trips over an hour each and they now tell me they can't accept a wire because the business office is closed and they cant verify the funds. I asked wouldn't a confirmation of the wire transfer from Bank of America be enough? They said no. I then told them they could hit my card for the money and they said we don't accept credit/debit cards for over 2,500. This makes no sense to me how a car dealer has a max limit they can accept from a card. I offered to let them put a hold on my card for the money and would overnight or wire the money the next business day. This too is unacceptable. They are however willing to deliver the car to me the next business day and I can give them the cash or certified funds then. I agree to this and as I am getting ready to do some final paperwork and my son comes back into the showroom after checking the car out some more and informs me the power seat motor on the driver side is not working. I bring this to the attention of the sales person and he says "Oh well. The car is sold as is". I told them they can sell the car to someone else "as is" and left. As I am pulling out of the lot, it occured to me that their 100 point inspection they had to do was total xx, or it needed 101 point inspection to catch a bad power seat. Sorry Peruzzi - never again. I was looking for a Scion FR-S for weeks, and had a lot of bad experience with many Toyota dealers, most of dealer told me was " we have one! and it's on the lot", and after I got there, they always told m of bad experience with many Toyota dealers, most of dealer told me was " we have one! and it's on the lot", and after I got there, they always told me "Sorry, we just sold it, but you can place an order here", finaly, I was looking on cars.com, and IM Peruzzi's internet sales manager, she also told me she has one on the lot, at first I did not want to believe her, but she said I could put deposit over the phone, and no one can touch it after that, so I did, it's the color I want, and it's automatic, so me and my wife can both drive it, it's perfect, after I got there, the car is right there waiting, I was happy they did not lie to me, because I drove all the way from NJ to PA, it was 50+ miles for me, and guess what? They did not mark up the price at all!Not like other dealer I went to that has a white one with 2 grands mark up. Peruzzi sold me the FR-S with everything I want on for MSRP, David was my sales rep, he was really nice, all the transaction was fast and smooth except that their computer was down for a while, after a week, I went back for the part that they ordered for me, David made the appointment for me and took care everything I requested. The serive team did the job fast and clean, and no charge for the extra request! I really like their service, and will go back for my next car! Thanks Peruzzi! More
These huys are GREAT! Appointments can't get any easier, they are open all the time for service, even all day Sunday. Repairs are done very reasonably & efficiently. I went there looking for an SUV reliable at first I saw nothing but the gentle man who worked with me John Rivera called me several times I went there he took me around to his other site I saw nothing that nothing but the gentle man who worked with me John Rivera called me several times I went there he took me around to his other site I saw nothing that fit what I actually wanted as soon as my car came in he knew this is what I wanted, I was disappointed when he showed me the car at first the person who had the car prier was a smoker and it looked like he never clean that SUV I went home and the more I though about that car the more I wanted it, John said to me when you see this car detail your not going to believe it I did my home work on car cleaning and how they remove all the smoke smells and all and when John called me to pick up the car I was totally in shock this was my SUV the one I went in there looking for and I got it at a decent price I drove it to New York it was like driving a Cadillac this SUV has all the bells and whistles I could not ask for better really Good Job to you guys at Toyota Peruzzi.. Thank You John Rivera for being Truthful and Honest your service was excellent. More
