When I had an oil change in June, I asked the service manager for the cost of the exempt inspection in PA, he said $19.95. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for the service. I asked for the price on the manager for the cost of the exempt inspection in PA, he said $19.95. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for the service. I asked for the price on the phone and Joe confirmed $19.95 again. However, when I went to do it, they try to charge me their regular price of $34.99. Gilbert, the service manager, was very rude and he didn't have a good excuse. He just said we have to charge you regardless of what. I rather drive to another place to have it done for about the same price ($34.99) and not give this scammer the money. I will not go to this dealer again. More
