The appointment was scheduled quickly and at my convenience. I was given an estimate of how long the service was going to take and it was dead on. I called Nissan in Langhorne, Pa to schedule an appt for a state inspection. They were able to give me an appt within 2 days. The service desk is always very friendly and helpful. Jason, my service advisor called me and suggested I get an alignment on my car along with the inspection as it looked like my car was out of alignment. He also suggested a few other service items he thought I should have done, but the cost for it all was just too high. Over $400!! I agreed to have the alignment done at this time. My vehicle was completed in a good amount of time. When I picked up my vehicle after the service was done, I noticed there were 3 black grease marks on my light colored drivers cloth seat. I immediately went to the service desk and they had someone come out and the problem was resolved very quickly and totally to my satisfaction. I plan to use Nissan again for my next oil change in a couple of months. More

Ricky's service was great. I dropped car off for a required tire rotation on a Saturday morning not knowing that I needed an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when Ricky offered a ride back after hearing that I had to get my wife and kid to pick me up. Needless to say, that's the kind of service I would not get from the typical service joint. More
