Took our 2016 Mazda3 there today and the experience was wonderful, not pushy, washed car and done in a timely manor. We had been taking our vehicles to the dealer in Hamilton NJ, and every time the paperw wonderful, not pushy, washed car and done in a timely manor. We switched today and have come to understand that not every dealer is inefficient or operating in chaos. Thank you for the great service we will be back!!! More

They gave me a good quote on replacing the pads and resurfacing the rotors and didn't try to tell me that I needed new front brakes too. As a young, female, I've gotten taken advantage of my dealers in the past and am wary. They informed me that I would need new tires soon but didn't make me feel pressured to buy them that moment. I had an excellent experience today. Thank you Peruzzi. More
Still Can't Fix A Simple Fix I wish I could give Peruzzi Mazda Service 0 's. I am still waiting for them to fix the problems with my peeling rims (a two year problem they have yet to fix). Their customer service and support is the worst that I have ever experienced. I recommend going to another Mazda dealer for any service. They told me almost three weeks ago that they ordered a new rim for me and that it would be in by weeks end. No phone call on their part so I stop in and once again am lied to by the service manager.. "I was not here during the original order but we have them on back order and I will personally take care of it." What a lie, they dropped the ball and did not order the rim. The service manager told me that Mazda is having a problem with the rims and that they will no longer be dipping rims..ok, so replace all four of mine in a timely manner. Even retail stores email you with a back order comment.. such a lie and I regret using the service of Peruzzi Mazda. More
Wow! Was I just scr*wed? 121. Bucks for 2 headlight? I made an appt for a headlamp replacement on my 2010 Mazda 6. After waiting an hour for the job to be completed ( there were no other customers anywhe I made an appt for a headlamp replacement on my 2010 Mazda 6. After waiting an hour for the job to be completed ( there were no other customers anywhere), I'm finally given a bill by Gilbert (Peruzzi) for a whopping $121.24 for 2 headlights. You can imagine I was not too happy, since just over a year ago I replaced the same bulbs for $57.14 at Hamilton Mazda. When I asked why such a difference in price I was informed that the labor fee had been' reduced' ???? All I could do was think " wow did I just get screwed. No wonder there was a no one in the waiting room. A 7 year old Mazda should not cost as much to maintain as a new audi! I will not be returning to peruzzi for any type of service and will most defiantly not recommend them to any of my friends in which I would like to keep! More

I waited, and waited, and waited. 2 and a half hours later AFTER I complained multiple times about the wait, my car was ready. I can totally understand if I was a walk in and did not have an appointment, but to have to wait almost 3 hours for an oil change that was SCHEDULED is absurd! Although my oil change was free (because I purchased at Peruzzi) it was NOT worth wasting my entire morning. More

I took my mazda 6 for a recall on a airbag, I made the appointement 3 days in advance, I took the car early, and it was supposted to be done the same I took my mazda 6 for a recall on a airbag, I made the appointement 3 days in advance, I took the car early, and it was supposted to be done the same day, late in the afternoon, they called me that the part wasn't order, so I waited another day, the following day I went to pick it up, now the horn was getting stuck, after a back and forward, they told me that the car came like that ( the horn stuck going off while you drive ,lol ) well, they told me that they could fix it for around $600, sureeeeee, long story short, just took my car to maple shade mazda, they took care of it for $165, and told me that the airbag was making contact with the horn sensor. More

Took it to a reliabe service, all the rear bushings were bad. So I called the state police to tell them I received a car with an illegal auto inspection. The most outrageous was when I wa given a six month warranty.they refused to honor it. My car now sits in a garage unable to pay the bill.. More
